Year-end summary of a home buyer in 2019


The work of XX has basically come to an end. Here I will only briefly summarize my work during the year.
I was lucky enough to be hired by the land consultant in May XX to train in Qinhuangdao. He officially went to the Sunshine Coast in June and has been in office for more than seven months.
The pace of time took away the busy, troubled, depressed, struggling, and frozen attachments of the year that kept me on the job. Looking back on the past year, I can’t help but feel a lot of emotions. I remember that when I first came, I didn't understand anything about this industry. With the patience and help of my colleagues, I quickly understood and familiarized with the nature of the company and real estate knowledge. As a member of the sales department, I feel that my words and deeds represent the company's image. Therefore, I have to constantly improve my own quality and high standards. On the basis of sorghum, it is necessary to strengthen their professional knowledge and professional skills. In addition, we must have a broad understanding of the dynamics of the real estate market and stay at the forefront of the market. After this period of tempering, I have become a qualified salesperson, and I am trying to do my own essential work.
As a newcomer who has not worked in this industry before, the leader gave me a good attitude, let me understand that in his job, taught me whether to be a single or not, do not have to be proud or self-satisfied, the important thing is I learned from my experience; my colleagues gave me a lot of help. Every time I had a problem, everyone wouldn’t laugh at me. I told me bluntly, so I received very good results. I quickly got a leader and got the leadership and Everyone's praise and appreciation, so please allow me to bow to everyone, say thank you!
I am not satisfied with the results of this achievement. I hope that the future work will reach a new height and reach a new level. Mainly from the following aspects:
1. Analysis of different customers, customer area source analysis, customer consultation questions, etc.
2. Enhance sales skills, how to do sp, how to force on site, etc.
3. The state's policy on real estate is now in the end of the project. It is the time to test me and the need for a good attitude. I will insist on learning more ways and drawing more valuable experience.
The new year means a new starting point, new opportunities, new challenges, and I am determined to make persistent efforts and take it to the next level. I will work hard to open a new situation in my work.
