I have been working in the company for nearly three months. Here is a brief summary of the work of these three months.

In mid-May, because the construction drawing stage of the xx long-distance pipeline needs to be set on site, I have the opportunity to start my own career in advance and go to Zhangjiakou to participate in the study of the pipeline selection. It lasted for 20 days.

During this 20-day study, I learned hard and tried to improve myself. Actively do the tasks that the masters hand over to them every day, and at the same time insist on studying the relevant regulations of storage and transportation at night, and make theoretical preparations for future design work. During the internship, I will pay close attention to all opportunities to learn and consult with the seniors who participated in the line selection project, so that they have greatly improved their ability to apply the theory and practice of long-distance pipeline knowledge.

In the meantime, I have a certain understanding of the basic principles of line selection, a comprehensive understanding of the route direction and the method of avoiding obstacles, and a relatively comprehensive understanding of the route selection and the way of crossing the general crossing project. Learn to understand and make full use of topographic maps, have a more comprehensive understanding of the road map drawing, skilled use of gps navigator.

Because I needed to go back to school to attend the graduation reply in the middle, I went back to school in early June to prepare my graduation reply. In the more than ten days I went back to school, I arranged my time scientifically. As a student, I completed the final exam paper during my school year – the graduation design score was “excellent”. I am very good at returning my own hard work and earning my degree certificate and diploma. I will complete all the delivery procedures during the school and be fully prepared for leaving school. As the squad leader, I organized my classmates to participate in the graduation basketball game, football match, graduation photo, graduation dinner, graduation defense and complete the corresponding procedures. After handling various issues in the school, I returned to the company in late June to participate in the final drawing and publishing of the construction drawings of Zhangchang Transmission Line and participate in training and education activities for new employees.

During this period, I conducted a comprehensive study on the drawing of the long-distance pipeline circuit diagram, and had a comprehensive understanding of the company's rules and regulations, and was skilled in the use of cad, office, pdsoft, q-piping and other software. To achieve a higher level of proficiency in the tools used in design work. At the same time, we pay great attention to the relationship between ourselves and other employees, and learn from each other and help each other. Between the employees of the predecessors, we actively help to do what we can, and encounter problems that we can't solve with our own efforts. Ask them actively, and learn from them seriously, ask. During this time, I am improving very quickly, whether it is doing things. Thanks to the leaders and colleagues for their help.

By the middle of August, due to work needs, I and two other colleagues were sent to Southwest xxxxxx for a one-year study.

Now I have been studying in the Southwest branch for half a month. I deeply feel the company's deep hope for studying abroad, and I feel the pressure and responsibility of myself. Before making a trip to Chengdu, I will make up my mind to study hard and live up to the expectations of the leaders and the company.

In the Southwest Company, all three of us are working hard, actively working, and actively looking for ways to integrate ourselves into this new group in the shortest possible time.

During this period, we quickly adapt to the new work and living environment. In short, in the past three months, I have grown a lot, both in terms of practical work, theoretical knowledge, and dealing with people. They are all more mature and stable.
