Today, I saw a speech video of Ma Yun’s 10th Anniversary Gala held by Alibaba’s Chairman of the Board of Directors in Alibaba. Ma Yun: Thank you, in fact, I have not recovered from the performance. I never thought that I could perform in the stadium of the people. Before the performance, I was nervous for at least ten days, but I refused to go down after two minutes of performance. All the Alibaba executives who have just finished performing are very sorry. We only have such a little time, so we are excited to talk for a long time. I need to keep up with you to share Alibaba's ten years of experience.

I have prepared for this decade for ten years. I thought about it ten years ago. How will I speak to our employees after ten years, how to speak to our customers, how to speak to my friends, and what to say? As I got closer and closer to the 10th anniversary, my heart became more and more exciting, and I was more and more eager to talk, but by the end of the day, I couldn’t sleep at night because I didn’t know what I was going to say. Just before I came, I saw so many people in Alibaba, so many friends and relatives of Alibaba, I don’t really need to talk about anything. All the behaviors of Alibaba people have told us in the past ten years, thank you!

Ten years ago, in my home, I had 17 other colleagues. We painted a picture. We think how China's Internet will develop. How will China's e-commerce develop? We talked for two hours. Going on this road. After ten years, there is no reason for us to survive. There are countless reasons, countless times of bumps, and countless times will make Alibaba stunned and even disappear into the Internet world. We are also asking ourselves what made us survive and grow stronger. I believe that our people are not the most capable. I have seen many people who are stronger than us. Alibaba's young people today are stronger than we were ten years ago. We are not the most diligent, and there are many more diligent than us. People, we are certainly not the smartest, because people who are smarter than us have. So what made us survive? Let us stick to the present? Today I want to share with all of our Alibaba people here and with all our friends and friends in Alibaba. I think we are very fortunate, we are lucky to live in this era, we are lucky to live in this Internet age, we are lucky to live in China. I also believe that for whatever reason, we have survived today, but we still have 92 years to go. In 1992, we will go on with it. In the past decade, Alibaba has only two major products. The first product is us. The second product is our customer. I think, here I want to share a few things that Alibaba must insist on in the next decade. The first Alibaba is a mission-driven, value-driven company. For more than 8 years, Alibaba has assessed its values ​​every quarter. Every quarter and every month is based on its own mission.
