First of all, on behalf of the New Oriental Education Technology Group and the Board of Directors, I welcome my arrival. I am Luo Shuai, an employee from Chengdu New Oriental Marketing Department. When I first came to such a big occasion, I was very excited and nervous. Time flies, the years are like a shuttle, in a blink of an eye, I have been in Chengdu New Oriental School for two years. So far, my experience is like my appearance, deeply and resolutely defending the ordinary word. However, in such an ordinary, there are too many figures, too many pictures are full of two years, let me recall, let me touch, let me not help, I want to put it on such an occasion today. On May 12, 2008, I entered the 24th day of New Oriental, and the Wenchuan earthquake struck the country. In the days of strong aftershocks, in the office full of cracks, I saw Lao Yu himself who had lived in my spiritual world. When he appeared in front of us with his tent, I felt for the first time. The handsome man of Lao Yu is so concrete and vivid. When a group of young and new Oriental volunteers went to the disaster-stricken areas to help, when they were living in disaster relief tents, and when they received the salvage materials from New Oriental, they showed a happy smile. I found out that New Oriental’s Social responsibility, the corporate love that it upholds, is so profound and true.

In April 2019, when the tide of financial crisis intensified in the world, when my peers were in danger and worried about the direction of tomorrow, my young colleagues and I were bustling in the second-tier cities in Sichuan. . The troika gathers in Sichuan, four days and three nights, and three places, we will tens of thousands of students, on the way to the dream journey. In those days, I saw New Oriental from the eyes of the students, humorous, sincere, powerful and intelligent, igniting the dreams of countless young people. At that moment, standing under the giant propaganda paintings of New Oriental, I feel that New Oriental is my belief.

In December 2019, the customer service team of the high-end products set up by Zhao Erdi, the principal of Chengdu New Oriental School, was arrogant, and the customer service team of the marketing department took the initiative to take over the military product sales of VIP products. In the past two months, five girls who have just left the university campus have helped each other under the high-pressure working conditions of a day off, and they fought continuously, twenty-nine years, when we finally finished this almost impossible. At the moment of March 18, 2019, I am standing here and bringing these pictures to you. I believe that you can feel the truth and familiarity in the meantime, because such stories and feelings are everywhere in New Oriental throughout the country. In each of the branch campuses, each of the "ordinary" people is staged.
