Based on this thinking, in addition to skills education, I added two other elements to the teaching system of New Oriental, namely, the education and value education for students. The same is true for companies. If I want to make money with my heart, New Oriental has long since ceased to exist. Because students look at this place as a money-making institution, they don’t care about anything else. They don’t come to New Oriental to study. Making money is a by-product of New Oriental's education. Do I want to make money? I want, but when I turn money into a by-product and focus on other things, New Oriental will succeed.
Therefore, an enterprise, when it has a value system and a social responsibility system, generally becomes a relatively good enterprise. From a global perspective, such companies rarely fail.
