Bao Fanyi: Clear goals every minute

Bao Fanyi: Clear goals every minute

It is a common problem for Chinese students to learn to design blindly "personal efforts". Many foreign interviewers often ask, “Can you describe your career prospects after three years?” I participated in many interviews when I graduated from Canada, and I always answered this question badly. This question sounds very empty. Who can expect things after three or five years?
However, the difference between Chinese and foreign cultures may be there. Domestic interviewers may not ask anyone. In fact, the concept of this question requires that every minute of life must have a firm and clear goal. The core idea is that our "personal efforts" cannot be blind, or even completely obeyed by parents and teachers. We must set goals based on individual potential, ideals, and rational judgments about the job market, and this goal can be adjusted according to the situation.
In the design of life, we must also consider the collective will and needs, and strive to unite ourselves and others into a community of life. As you grow older, you will find fewer and fewer choices in your life design, but your attitude will become more serious and your design will become closer to reality. You will find that achieving your goals is not difficult.
Establishing a lifelong learning concept Many people believe that reading and living are two stages. The former stage is to become a talent, mainly to study, and the latter is a stage of life, and it is necessary to live. This phenomenon is particularly evident in female students. Many of the people I met have gone abroad without any work experience. In fact, many foreign professionals require work experience. I asked why these international students arranged this way. They said that they were forced by their parents. Parents hope that they will hurry. Just finish school and get married. Many foreign readers and study readers are learning from the home, we must establish the concept of lifelong learning.
Some people often get three minutes of heat after getting a good job. After a while, they become addicted to playing mahjong and clubbing, and they don't have the habit of keeping diligence. In fact, hard work is not just about the university. Even if you have a stable job, get married, and have a child, you need to ensure that you have two or three days a week to study at the desk. If you insist on it for a long time, you will have unexpected surprises.
Staying in school depends entirely on your own understanding of employment and the market. It is not so complicated to judge whether you can take your career to the next level.
I have been lost in studying abroad.
In 1985, Bao Fanyi was assigned to Xinhua News Agency after graduation. In 1987, he contacted the University of Windsor Scholarship in Canada and eventually made a trip. He sent a takeaway, made a pizza, and got a master's degree two years later. He found a local tabloid but was only allowed to write a false accusation. He then returned to the University of Windsor to study for a master's degree in management.
For his own study abroad experience, Bao Fanyi said that when foreign students arrived abroad, they would not come back after studying. There is an atmosphere abroad, that is, there must be work in the local area after graduation. This is very difficult for liberal arts students. If I am in the present, I can learn to return home in a year and a half.
Now some college students are as blind as I was at the time, even blinder than I was at the time. Studying abroad is for better development, planning and judgment. After studying abroad, there is no longer a future, and you cannot walk with a mentality of escape.
