3. In addition to personnel performance, the business department managers and employees also participate in the reward and punishment distribution of financial operation indicators, which are subject to the financial management management responsibility letter issued by the financial department;

4. The hotel will issue monthly performance pay for departments, management personnel and employees according to the assessment results;

5. Employees are subject to greater or excused actions to cancel performance pay for the month.
