Fourth, remediation requirements

All enterprises should formulate the "Implementation Plan for Organic Waste Gas Collection and Treatment" to expand the unorganized organic waste gas collection surface and further improve the treatment efficiency.

Investigate the organic waste gas generating enterprises, determine the list of rectification enterprises; formulate and issue the “Beilun District Organic Waste Gas Remediation Implementation Plan”; the enterprise formulates a treatment plan according to the remediation requirements, and submits it to the district environmental protection bureau; the district environmental protection bureau and the enterprise finalize the implementation plan. .

The comprehensive advancement phase. The enterprise implements various measures in accordance with the implementation plan for rectification; the district environmental protection bureau takes the initiative to provide services and urges the enterprises to complete the rectification tasks within a time limit.

Remediation acceptance stage. According to the work objectives and remediation requirements, the remediation project shall be monitored and accepted, and the remediation effect shall be analyzed and evaluated. If the organic waste gas is not rectified within the specified time or the remediation requirements are not met, the administrative punishment shall be strictly enforced according to law, and the serious suspension of the case shall be suspended.
