The specific arrangement is: the study is divided into four themes, and one topic is given each week. The first topic, the general outline of the "Party Constitution" and the first chapter. The second topic, the third chapter to the fifth chapter of the "Party Constitution", is mainly to learn to master the party's organizational system and the composition, responsibilities and forms of party organizations at all levels. The third topic, Chapters 6 through 11 of the "Party Constitution", mainly learns to master the criteria and requirements for party cadre selection, party discipline and other related content. The fourth topic, communication and discussion. In combination with the actual work, organize party members to discuss and exchange with the requirements of the party constitution.

All party members should write no less than 3,000 words of study notes and more than XX words in their study. During the period, the Municipal Education Bureau will hire experts to attend party classes. After the end of the study, a unified closed-book examination will be organized to test and consolidate the learning effect.

After the end of the activities, the party committees and party branches wrote a summary report to the party committee before the end of May.
