In order to further implement the "Opinions on Building a Learning City" of the Municipal Party Committee, the preliminary compliance rate of the learning organization construction during the 11th Five-Year Plan period of the city was completed, and the demonstration organization naming activities for learning organizations were decided to be conducted once a year. This year's naming and commendation plan is now drafted as follows.

Fifth, the time schedule
Organizational stage. From March to April, the lead organizations of each learning organization selected a group of organizations with clear work objectives, diverse carrier forms, and sound mechanisms to improve the organization as a demonstration unit.

From May to October, each demonstration unit actively carried out demonstration creation activities in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Party Committee's "Opinions on Building Learning Types" and "Guoyang City Learning Organizations Meeting Standards for Assessment".
Judging stage: In November, the lead organizations of each learning organization inspected and proposed the recommended objects in the recommended demonstration units, and submitted the list and advanced deeds to the review team.
