Home visits are an indispensable bridge for communication between school families and one of the ways to effectively form a family and school education. Home visits are an excellent tradition of our school. This initiative of our school is very popular among parents and students like it. This year, home visits were included as part of the “education into community activities” this semester.
Home visits can break the gap between teachers and students, let teachers fully understand the family background, parenting education environment and educational methods, enhance the communication between teachers, students and parents, and form a good "interactive relationship" through face-to-face and sincere communication, so that education can be more Targeted and effective.

Seven, teacher home visit work requirements
Before the teacher's home visit, you must do the following preparations:

4. According to the situation of the students, we will do a good job in the purpose of home visits and the contents of interviews.

1. To educate parents about education regulations, school education concepts, school characteristics and school curriculum reform experiments, to win parents' understanding and support for school work.
2. Advise parents on the achievements of the school, listen to and collect parents' opinions and suggestions on school work.
3. Report to parents on the performance of their children in school, to understand the performance of students in the family, such as living habits, study habits, thought performance, personality characteristics.
4. Understand the basic situation of the student family. Such as economic conditions, cultural upbringing, family influence on students.
5. Popularize the knowledge of parent education and help parents improve the level of parenting education to achieve cooperation and support school education.
When a teacher visits a home, the following requirements must be observed:
1. Teachers should follow the time of the appointment with the parents and visit them on time.
2. Teachers should be well-dressed when they visit home, and they should be fair and sincere. The situation of students should be divided into two. Communicate with parents. Pay attention to methods and methods, and encourage them to do so.
