University Tourism Association Community Program

There is no limit to youth, and the world is our trip. The Tourism Association welcomes another season of spring blossoms. In this spring season, our association adheres to the purpose of “Study for the extracurricular life of the students”. And the purpose, my association has determined the theme of this activity month "please come in, go out", and continue to enrich the students' after-school life.

In order to attract more attention from students in the school, the HKTA will launch a series of beautiful display panels in the Wenke Building in April. The specific activities and association briefings of the HKTA will be presented here, and the teachers and students will share the taste of the instant. Let more students understand the HKTA, pay attention to the HKTA and participate in the HKTA. The following is a plan for the month of the association's activities.

Shanxi folk customs tour

With the popularity of the CCTV TV series "Qiao Family Courtyard" last year, it also aroused the interest of the students in the Qiao Family Courtyard and the Jinzhong Courtyard. In April, the first travel of this semester was organized. Students can better understand the courtyard culture of Shanxi through this activity.

“Mianshan is green” – the fascinating Mianshan mountain is steep, with many cliffs, pines and cypresses, and the natural scenery is very beautiful. It is a provincial-level scenic spot, attracting many tourists from home and abroad to visit Jin; the holy Buddhist culture holy place —— Wutai Mountain attracts a large number of tourists with its unique culture and has become a good place for people at home and abroad. Therefore, my club has launched this classic tour route.

Wonderful lecture event

The HKTA is affiliated to the School of History and Culture. 60% of its members are in tourism management. Therefore, from mid-April to early May, we invited Mr. Niu Gang, General Manager of Shanxi International Travel Service, and the Folk Museum of Qiao Family Courtyard. The curator, such as Mr. Qiao Junhai, and other famous people gave the students guidance and lectures, so that the students had a new understanding of the profession.

The specific time is:

On April 20th, Mr. Qiao Junhai, the director of the Folk Museum of Qiao Family Courtyard, was invited to come to our school to give a lecture on Shanxi Jinshang culture and to pass on the history of the Qiao family.

On May 11th, Mr. Niu Gang, the general manager of Shanxi International Travel Service, was invited to come to our school to talk about the future development direction of China's tourism industry and the employment problems faced by tourism majors after graduation.

These are just our current plans. At that time, we will continue to enrich and develop according to the hobbies of our students. We will always interpret their voices and spend every wonderful time with them to make the tourism association even higher.
