College Summer Social Practice Program

This year's summer social practice activities in our school is based on the theme of “practice innovation and development, industry growth and harmony”, guiding young students to closely integrate with the people, actively participate in the great practice of reform, opening up, and modernization, and conscientiously study and implement the party's 17th National Congress. Spirit, holding high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, guided by dxp theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents", thoroughly implement the scientific development concept, diligently study, be brave in practice, hone the will, grow talents, and strive to achieve all-round development. This year's college students' summer practice social practice activities will be divided into general projects and key projects.

2010 Social Practice Key Project Report

The key projects will be determined by the school committee, the project theme, content and requirements, and bidding for the whole school students. The practice team participating in the bidding must submit the tender for the key project to the practice department of the school league committee. The school committee will conduct a first round of written review of the tender, and a second round will hold a defense to determine the final key project. In order to save resources, this year's key projects will be combined with the party members' scientific development concept of summer vacation practice, so each key project team must have party members to participate. For key project practice teams, special contact points are required, and the progress of the project must be reported to the practice department of the school league committee on a regular basis, and relevant matters should be reported to the relevant media. In order to further develop the advantages of our school's social practice activities, “Science and Technology Service Place”, students can gain certain practical results while experiencing grassroots life. It is recommended to establish a practice team based on graduate students. At the same time, it is recommended that each college form a joint practice team of key projects, and the results will be counted in each college, which can be linked with the faculty in the organization.

First, the event arrangement

Promotion and project stage

The key projects will be publicized and recruited by the school league committee to the departments and departments of the school. Each practice team shall submit a bidding book for key social practice projects to the school league committee before June 1, 2019. The school league committee will conduct the first round of preliminary examination from June 1 to June 5 and publicize it on bbs. On June 10, 2019, the bidding defense meeting will be organized to identify key projects. The judging will be composed of experts from various fields and teachers of the Youth League Committee. The key project losers will choose to abandon or directly convert into general projects according to their intentions.

Project preparation stage

The established practice projects should be further prepared for practical activities and improve the project plan during this period. Contact meetings and heads of meetings will be organized in June.

At the beginning of July, the school league committee will organize the starting ceremony of the summer practice social practice activities, each department should send representatives to participate, all key project practice teams must participate.

Project implementation phase

The school committee will require key project teams to set up special contacts to keep abreast of the latest developments of key project teams.

Summary and defense stage

The Youth League Committees of each department shall sum up in time after the completion of the summer social activities, and shall submit the summary materials and the project materials participating in the selection to the school league committee within two weeks after the start of the school.

The school league committee will organize relevant practical projects to answer.

Second, summary and commendation

The key projects will directly participate in the defense organized by the school league committee, and will not occupy the recommended places of the college. Among them, the top 16 will participate in the summer social practice selection of Shanghai as a representative of Shanghai Jiaotong University. The unsuccessful projects will be awarded the “Excellent Project Award” according to the situation.

Third, hand over materials

The materials of the key projects are submitted directly by the practice team to the practice department of the school league committee. The files to be submitted include the bidding documents and the project member list, and the paper draft and electronic manuscript are required.
