School of Chemical Industry "Special Mission Day" event planning program

In order to comprehensively implement the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and the scientific concept of development, further enrich the content of the organization of the League, and consolidate the position of the organization of the League, the Youth League Committee continued to carry out "I am working with the motherland - the development of the school" I grew up as the theme of the "Special Group Day" event. The “Featured Day” activity of the School of Chemical Engineering has new highlights every semester, which reflects its development potential. As a beautiful stage that reflects the characteristics of each branch and displays the elegance of each branch, “Special Mission Day” has become a beautiful landscape of the School of Chemical Engineering.

The event was organized by the Organization Department of the School of Chemical Engineering. After many discussions with the Ministry of Education, the project was developed:

I. Preparations for the preliminary activities of the event

1. On October 15th, XX held an internal meeting of the organization department to discuss possible problems in the activities, introduce the experience and shortcomings of the previous activities, and fully prepare for the smooth holding of the activities.

2. Prepare the materials for the notice of the “Special Mission Day” activities and the evaluation of the activities of the Youth League Committee of the Youth League Committee.

3. On October 16th, XX will hold a meeting of the Youth League branch, and in the form of archives, the meanings, activities, and precautions of the event will be notified to each branch, and the basic information of the activities in the calendar year will be introduced to the group secretary. And lessons learned.

4. Please contact the relevant person in charge of the News Center, Propaganda Department and External Relations Department of the Youth League Committee to train the branch team in the news and other aspects of the event.

5. The planning documents for the pre-event activities of each branch are submitted to the Organization Department. The Organization Department evaluates the feasibility of the activities and corrects the problems that may arise during the activities.

6. The Organization Department budgets the activities.

Second, the mid-term development

1. Relevant requirements: The branch branches of each group carry out activities in strict accordance with the “Event Plan”. After the special circumstances are reported to the organization department, appropriate adjustments may be made after approval. During the activity, each branch is required to retain relevant information about the activity.

2. Establish a “Special Group Day” activity supervision team to keep abreast of the activities of each branch.

3. In the course of the activity, if the branches encounter difficulties, the members of the supervision team shall promptly report to the organization department and spare no effort to help the branch solve the problem.

Third, the summary of the activity later:

1. Emphasize the significance of the activity again: It is expected that the group branch meeting will be held on November 28, XX, re-emphasizing the significance of the event and summarizing the event.

2. Require each branch to hold a summary meeting, and exchange the income, feelings and thoughts of the activities, so that everyone has their own income.

3. Each branch submits a summary report to the organization department, and conducts a comprehensive assessment of their activities and scores themselves. It is best to send the basic information of the event to the Internet.

4. Give certain rewards to branches that perform well in the event. For example, give outstanding opportunities to individuals with outstanding performance, and give excellent points to give excellent points when appraising excellent branches.
