1. According to the regulations, whether fire safety management measures are in place;

V. Work Arrangement The winter fire safety inspection work in the whole district begins on November 1, 2019 and ends on March 1, 2019. The time is 120 days, and the focus is divided into three stages.

The small units and small places in the bridges, underground shopping malls, night markets and urban-rural areas that are easy to manage in peacetime are thoroughly cleaned up. Extend the regular fire supervision and inspection to the preparatory groups and the thousands of households in the streets and Sanma districts, and effectively block the loopholes and prevent the loss of control.
The second stage: all units and departments in the rectification stage should study and formulate governance measures and work measures, clarify duties and responsible persons, urge the units to formulate fire hazard rectification plans, determine the rectification period, and urge the units to rectify during the rectification period. The third stage: all units and departments in the review stage should follow up and check the inspection and rectification. If the re-examination is unqualified and the fire safety conditions cannot be met, the public security, fire protection, safety supervision, culture, industry and commerce departments should closely cooperate to form a joint effort. In accordance with the law, measures such as suspending production and business suspension, cessation of use, and revocation of licenses shall be taken to prevent them, and the units and the venues shall be urged to continue rectification within the prescribed time.
Six, work requirements
1.
