In accordance with the spirit of the National Tourism Administration's "Outline for the Improvement of Tourism Service Quality", in order to better implement the requirements of the National Tourism Service Quality Improvement Year, comprehensively display the overall image and achievements of the tourism hotel industry in Hubei Province, strengthen personnel training, and establish The service industry's service quality benchmarks and role models promote the exchange and learning of service skills in the industry, and comprehensively improve the professional quality of hotel staff and the service level of hotels. The province will launch the “2019 Hubei Tourism Hotel Service Skills Competition” in the tourism industry of the province. The specific work plan is as follows:
First, the guiding ideology is guided by the scientific concept of development, fully implements the requirements of the "2019 Tourism Service Quality Improvement Year" proposed by the National Tourism Administration, and effectively promotes the training of the tourism industry in the province by means of the vocational skills competition. External plastic image, internal strength, accumulation of stamina, meeting challenges, promoting the expansion of Hubei tourism hotel industry, scale development, while transforming to quality improvement and connotation development.
Second, the basic principles adhere to the extensive participation of employees, the pertinence of competition projects, the rigor of organizational implementation, the fairness of program results, and the effectiveness of event activities.
III. Organization Mode This competition was hosted by Hubei Tourism Association, Hubei Tourism Association Travel Hotel Branch and Hubei Donghu Building. The organizing committee and the organizer jointly formed the organizing committee of “2019 Hubei Tourism Hotel Service Skills Competition” to organize and lead the competition. The Organizing Committee has an office consisting of the Tourism Hotel Branch of Hubei Tourism Association and Donghu Building.

V. Participating Units In principle, each city, state, direct management city, and forest tourism association form a representative team. Wuhan Tourism Association can form two teams to participate in the provincial competition. Each team consists of 4 players, 1 team leader and 1 coach. If the tourism associations need to send more than one representative team according to the actual situation, they should apply to the competition organizing committee in advance and apply for approval.
Sixth, the contestant conditions Each contestant should work in this position for more than one year, love his job, have a good work ethic, have a certain level of foreign language and a high level of skills.
Seven, the content of the game
1. Instrumentation: It mainly investigates whether the appearance of the player meets the basic requirements and job requirements of the tourism industry.
2, foreign language level: mainly to examine the player's English speaking ability, the player and the judge to conduct a live session, the time is about 2 minutes.
3. On-site operation:
Chinese-style bed-laying: It mainly examines the proficiency and standardization of the player's operation.
Chinese theme banquet set up: mainly to examine the proficiency, standardization and aesthetics of the player's operation.
Western food theme banquet table: mainly to examine the proficiency, standardization and aesthetics of the player's operation.
Cocktail modulation: mainly examines the proficiency and creativity of the player's operation.
4, hotel tooling display: each team of 4 players are required to participate in the tooling display, the time is 5 minutes.
The final score of each player is the sum of the above 1, 2, and 3 items. The final score of each team is the score of four players plus the results of the tooling display.

8. Schedule, location and related requirements of the time schedule competition:
1. Time: April 16-18, 2019

2. Location: Hubei Donghu Building.
3. Fees: The round-trip transportation expenses of the players participating in the competition are the responsibility of the teams. The accommodation, venue, judging, prizes and other competition expenses during the competition will be borne by the competition organizing committee.
4. Competition tools and supplies: The competition organizing committee will provide basic competition tools and supplies, and special tools and supplies will be provided by the players themselves.
9. Evaluation and selection:
The competition review is recommended by all localities. After review by the Secretariat of the Competition Organizing Committee, it will be reported to the Competition Organizing Committee for review and appointment.
The evaluation of the Hotel Service Skills Competition is selected by the tourism industry, with 3 to 4 people per project.
The English speaking and tooling performance review is selected by the institutions and the industry, with 3 people each.
X. Awards set the competition to set individual awards, group awards, organization awards, special contribution awards and four categories of awards.
Each of the four individual events of the single award has one first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes.
All winners will be awarded the title of Hubei Tourism Industry Service Star; all contestants will be awarded the title of Hubei Tourism Industry Technical Expert.
The group awards are ranked according to the total scores of the teams in the competition, taking the top seven, including one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes.
The organization awards are selected by the competition organizing committee according to the scope of each city and state organization, the preliminary situation, the discipline of the stadium, and the civility and courtesy.
Special Contribution Award This competition will award 1-2 special contribution awards.

The organizing committee consists of a competition jury, which consists of senior technical personnel from outside the industry and professional teachers. The Judging Committee consists of a supervision and examination team, a review team, a security team, and a publicity report group. Among them, the head of the supervision team was Huang Yifang, and the head of the assessment team was Wang Yongliang. The work of the security team was undertaken by Donghu Building. The work of the propaganda report group was coordinated by the China Travel News Hubei reporter station Furong and Donghu Building Luo Min.
The supervision and evaluation team is responsible for supervising the fairness and impartiality of the contest, the assessment, the behavior of the contestants, the staff, the assessment process and the results, and correcting or suggesting the improper behavior of the relevant personnel.
The judging panel is responsible for the formulation and interpretation of the competition rules and scoring standards for each competition and the implementation of the scoring work.
The security team is responsible for providing basic equipment and articles according to the requirements of the competition, maintaining the order of the stadium and ensuring the smooth progress of the competition.
The propaganda report team is responsible for the publicity and media coordination of the entire competition.

1. Inviting relevant news media to report on the scene, the video will be broadcast simultaneously at the East Lake Building competition site.
