Second, improve the system of willingness to express, and protect the right of party members to participate in the establishment of community party committees in the East Lake, Dengxing and other five communities to carry out the preliminary research work of the community party congress permanent system, the party representative term system and the party representative proposal system, the party representatives The community party members' assembly will be directly elected by secret ballot, and activities will be carried out on a regular basis. Fourth, innovate the inner-party supervision system, guarantee the party members' supervision power, and establish a community party supervision group to supervise the community party decision-making process and implementation process. Its members are elected by the community party members' assembly, generally consisting of 3-5 people, and one of them is elected as the team leader as the convener of the supervision work. Members of the community party organization team and their spouses and close relatives may not serve as members of the party supervision team. The term of the party supervision team is the same as that of the community party organization. If the party supervisor cannot perform his duties, the community party congress can vote to replace the by-election. Increase the daily supervision of ordinary party members, improve the party members' reports, exposes, appeals, accuses, and petition channels, improve the party members' inquiries and questioning systems to party organizations and party members, and establish party members' supervisory powers to exercise protection mechanisms to ensure the protection of party members.
