New teacher personal development plan


I graduated from Wenzhou University with a major in English, and now works at Linyi School in Ruian City. During the school, he passed the relevant English level examinations such as the professional eight-level and Shanghai senior interpreting written test. I have accumulated a semester of education and teaching experience, but the actual experience and ability still need to be gradually cultivated and accumulated in the years to come. Therefore, we have formulated a development plan for the next three years, and we look forward to using it as a compass in our future teaching work and striving on the basis of not deviating from the general direction.
For the time being, I think I still have the following shortcomings:
1. Although there are certain professional concepts, the connection and reflection with practical problems is not enough.
2. The ability to design and implement education, teaching and activities needs to be improved.
3. When organizing classroom activities, the language still lacks language and art, and the ability to control the classroom is urgently needed.
4. Class management ability needs to be improved and improved.
In response to the above deficiencies, my overall goal of personal development in the next three years can be summarized from the following aspects:
