Party construction work measures
First, promote the construction of regional party member service centers. The regional party member service center will be built into an open, multi-functional and professional party member service platform, making it an important position for regional party building work.
Second, promote the work of party building in the district. We will give full play to the characteristics of the regional central units and the number of troops. We will integrate community resources, organize and mobilize all aspects of the community, and jointly promote community party building work in accordance with the principle of combining bar, resource sharing, complementary advantages, and co-construction.
Third, promote the "two new" organization party building work. On the basis of the establishment of six business building party building workstations in 2019, we actively promoted the conditional "two new" organizations to establish party organizations.
Fourth, promote the development of party members' education and learning activities. Relying on the Party Member Service Center in the region, we regularly set up party members' education classes, persist in strengthening the party members' ideological construction, improve the party members' political quality, and enrich the party members' cultural knowledge.
Fifth, promote the development of party members' volunteer service activities. We will select outstanding party member volunteers from various communities, set up regional party members volunteer service teams, and participate in regional volunteer service activities.
6. Promote the construction of a support system for party members in difficulty. We will improve the support system for party members in difficult areas, do a good job of “one-on-one, pair-to-child” mutual assistance activities for party members, and establish a party member's account to realize long-term and stable assistance.
7. Promote the innovation of community party members' activities. The party members' activities will be carried out in conjunction with the service community residents, and activities related to residents, such as health care, clean environment, and public security, will be actively organized. Party members will be educated to serve the residents, highlighting the advanced nature of party members and promoting the construction of a harmonious community.

First, actively implement the party representative formula system to facilitate the grassroots party representatives to strengthen communication and contact with party members and the public. Second, establish a party representative reception system, set up a "district party representative reception room" in the party member service center, and effectively play the role of the party representative. The third is to improve the system of safeguards for grassroots party representatives to conduct research and inspection, visit study and training, and perform representative duties. Fourth, establish a party representative evaluation mechanism, regularly organize grassroots party representatives to carry out debriefing activities, and accept supervision and evaluation by the majority of party members and the public; It is to establish a financial guarantee mechanism for party representatives and provide necessary conditions for grassroots party representatives to carry out activities.
