Party A and Party B reached the following agreement on housing leasing matters:

7. During the period of renting, Party B has no right to sublet or lend the house without the consent of Party A; it shall not change the structure of the house and its use, and Party B shall be liable for compensation for damage caused by the cause of Party B and its supporting facilities.

8. Party A guarantees that there is no property dispute in the house; Party B shall provide assistance for Party A to provide housing property certificate or other relevant certification materials due to business needs.

9. In the event of a dispute arising from this contract, the two parties shall resolve the dispute through negotiation. If any negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the Tianjin Development Zone People's Court for judicial settlement.

3. Party B must pay the rent on time, otherwise it is deemed that Party B has defaulted. The agreement was terminated.

4. Party B shall abide by the rules and regulations in the residential area and pay the water, electricity, gas, optical fiber, telephone, property management and other expenses on time. Article 10 relates to the relevant expenses during the period of house leasing.

If Party B has one of the following circumstances, Party A may terminate the contract and recover the house, causing Party A's loss, and Party B shall be responsible for compensation;

1. Unauthorized demolishing of the structure of the rented house or changing the use of the rented house;

2. The accumulated arrears of rent amounted to _____ months;

Article 13 Early termination of the contract.

Article 14 The agreement for registration and filing.

Article 20 The dispute arising from the performance of this contract shall be settled by negotiation between Party A and Party B. When the negotiation fails, both Party A and Party B agree to be arbitrated by the _____ Arbitration Commission.
