黨務政務公開的時限要與公開的內容相適應，對於政策規定、工作製度、工作程式、辦事機構的內容應長期固定公開，一般一年更新一次；對於一定時期內相對穩定的常規性工作應定期公開，可視情況分別按月、季度、半年公開；對於動態性、階段性工作，應根據進展情況逐段公開；臨時性、應急性工作及時公開。
Eight, organization
為了加強對黨務政務公開工作的領導，鄉黨委決定成立黨務政務公開工作領導小組，由鄉黨委書記張運朝同志任組長，鄉黨委副書記、鄉長王貴順同志任常務副組長，領導小組下設辦公室，由黨委秘書吳波同志任辦公室主任。各黨支部要明確相應的辦事機構，加強調查研究，及時解決黨務政務公開工作中存在的困難和問題，為公開工作提供必要的工作條件。

Strengthen leadership and meticulous organization.各黨支部“一把手”要高度重視，高標準，嚴要求，高效能，快節奏，扎實推進公開工作。黨務政務公開工作領導小組及公室要真正發揮好組織領導和協調指導作用，從製度方案到安排部署，對每一個階段，每一個環節，每一個具體事項都要認真細致地討論研究，協調解決好存在的具體問題。
Increase publicity and create an atmosphere.充分利用會議、橫幅、標語、板報等多種形式廣泛宣傳黨務政務公開的重要性和工作進展情況，營造強大的輿論聲勢。要認真總結經驗，挖掘典型，積極引導全鄉黨務政務公開工作健康深入發展。
堅持建立四項製度。1、例行公開製度。列入黨的基層組織黨務政務公開目錄的事項，按規定及時主動公開；暫時不宜公開或不能公開的，報上一級黨組織備案。公開事項如需要變更、復原或終止，由製定黨務政務公開目錄的黨組織批準，報縣黨務政務公開工作領導小組備案後及時公布並作出說明。2、申請公開製度。黨員按有關規定向黨的基層組織申請公開相關黨內事務，填寫《鄆城縣黨務政務信息公開申請表》。對申請的事項，可以公開的，當的基層組織應向申請人公開或在一定範圍內公開；暫時不宜公開或不能公開的及時向申請人說明。申請事項及辦理應報上一級黨組織備案。3、監督檢查製度。鄉黨委將加強對個支部的黨務政務公開工作的監督檢查，推動工作落實。4、考核評價製度。要把黨務政務公開納入幹部目標管理、村級目標考核及黨風廉政建設責任製考核體系，並作為創先爭優公開承諾和領導點評、民眾評議的內容，組織黨員對黨務政務公開情況進行評議，並及時公布結果。對不按規定公開或弄虛作假的，要批評教育、限期整改；造成嚴重後果的，要追究有關責任人的責任。
