最佳化育人環境，構建環境文化，薰陶學生心靈。環境文化是校園文化建設的主體部分，應成為德育工作主陣地。要抓好教室環境、牆報、圖書閱覽、校園網、校園廣播站建設。把環境文化作為建立文明學校的重要組成部分，讓每一棵花草、每一堵牆都成為育人的工具，讓德育融化在環境中，讓環境蘊含著德育。
抓好活動文化，豐富業餘活動。開展各種有益身心的活動，如組織公益活動，校會、主題班會，社會實踐，野營以至校園科技文化藝術節。活動做到目標明確、計畫合理、準備充分、講求實效，不搞形式主義。
堅持以思想政治課、班會課、團活動為德育主渠道，堅持各學科教學的德育滲透。
堅持抓好班、團的集體建設，抓好創文明班級活動，樹立良好的校風校紀、班風班紀，進而推進學校的文明建設。
狠抓學困生的幫教轉化工作，提高德育考核優良率、合格率。降低違紀率、杜絕違法率，消滅犯罪率。
堅持做好學校、社會、親職教育三結合，積極開展社會實踐活動。
強化學生的心理健康教育，及時做好學生學習、生活、人格、交往等方面的心理教育和輔導。

轉變育人觀，提高教育質量。教育質量是學校辦學的生命線，學校樹立“以質量求生存，以教研促發展”的辦學意識。確保學科優秀率、合格率的不斷提高。
扎實推進高中新課程實驗。通過舉辦專題講座，組織教師學習，轉變觀念，用課改的理念指導教學工作。要求教師在教學行為上做到：教學目標方面：由以知識傳授為中心向以學生發展為中心轉變，樹立課程目標意識；教學觀念方面：由統一規格教育向差異性轉變，樹立個性教育意識；教學關系方面：由“以教論學”向“以學論教”轉變，樹立主體意識；教學活動方面：由重視結果教學向重視過程教學轉變，樹立發展意識；師生關系方面：由不民主、不和諧向平等融洽轉變，樹立情感意識；教學結構方面：由程式化模式向教學個性化轉變，樹立創造意識；信息交流方面：由單向信息交流向綜合信息交流轉變，樹立反饋意識；教學評價方面：由以選拔為主向促進個性化發展轉變，樹立多元化評價意識。
學科課程
嚴格執行課程計畫和課程標準，開全課程，開足課時，保證教學進度。
落實教學常規管理，重視過程性質量，建立教學過程與教學質量監控製度，全方位地對教師的備課、上課、批改作業、輔導、考核等環節進行監控；加強對教育教學進行質量監控。因材施教，切實做好後進學生的輔導。
嚴格控製學生學習總量、活動總量，減輕學生負擔，
以本校實際出發，全面組織開展學生的社會實踐教育活動、科學技術活動、文學藝術活動和體育衛生活動。
執行活動課程計畫，保證時間，落實內容，增強效果，發揮活動課程的育人功能。
體育衛生工作。認真貫徹《學校體育工作條例》、《學校衛生工作條例》，以增強學生體質、教會學生學會生活為目標
嚴格按照《體育課程標準》要求組織教學。
認真組織好學生課外體育鍛煉活動，堅持“兩操一活動”，切實保證學生每天一小時體育活動時間，不斷完善設施，做好近視眼的防治工作，視力良好保持率達到規定要求。
把提高學生運動水準同增強學生體質結合起來，把傳授體育技能同培養學生養成良好的體育運動習慣結合起來，加強體育安全教育，學生體育合格率達到95%以上。
加強常見病、傳染病的宣傳教育和防治工作，加強健康教育，增強學生生活自理能力。加強心理健康教育，開設心理咨詢室，舉辦心理健康講座。
結合興趣小組，建立運動隊，堅持每年一次的運動會。
擺正音、美、勞育的位置，訂好計畫，認真開展教育活動，成立音、美、勞等課興趣小組。通過各種活動培養學生審美、創造美的能力。充分利用好勞動教育基地，教育學生利用假期參加家裏的一些力所能及的生產勞動，培養學生熱愛勞動的思想和勞動貭素。
配齊音、美、勞方面的師資和設備。切實按照音、美、勞的課程標準要求組織音、美、勞教學和活動。建立健全音、美、勞考核評價製度。
