理論培訓。深入學習高效課堂教學理論,正確理解和把握高效課堂教學規律及其基本方法,認真學習外地的先進經驗,深入了解不同學科“高效課堂”的教學模式,明確高效課堂教學改革的方向。
調研反思。開展課堂觀察活動,組織教師對照先進的教學理念與經驗,對當前課堂教學現狀進行觀察、分析,通過自評互評找出存在的問題和差距。
課堂實踐。組織教師按活動方案結合並總結自己已有的成功經驗的基礎上,進行課堂實踐和研究,摸索出不同學科的高效課堂的教學模式。
匯報研討。組織高效課堂實踐匯報研討活動,人人上匯報課,課課進行研討評議,針對問題和不足提出改進策略,再實踐、再匯報、再研討。
Summary improvement.經過一段時間的實踐研討後,教師要認真總結實踐經驗,進行理性思考,形成一定的高效教學模式及長效管理機製,推出一些成功的課例。撰寫一份有較高價值的論文、個案研討報告或經驗總結文章。
成果展示。開展“高效課堂”論壇、“高效課堂”教學評比、優秀教學設計、精品課堂實錄、論文、課件評選活動。
深化課程改革、構建高效課堂實踐活動,是一項長期艱巨的任務,是一項系統工程,我們將在區教研室的領導下,不斷創新教與學的工作方式,深化課程改革,構建高效課堂。
篇五: 國小高效課堂實施方案
為深化新課程改革,進一步推進貭素教育,貫徹、落實《山東省中國小教學常規》,提高教學效率,打造龍家圈鄉國小教育精品、實現高位運行;為矯正新課程實施過程中出現的重形式輕內容、重數量輕質量、重教法輕學法、重訓練輕反饋、重進度輕效度等偏差和不足,真正實施“高效課堂”,特製定本方案。
First, the guiding ideology
以《關於在全縣國小推進課堂教學改革構建高效課堂的實施意見》檔案為指導,結合我鄉工作實際,全面落實新課程理念,積極探索自主、高效、充滿活力的課堂教學,真正實施“高效課堂”,從而切實提高教學準備、教學過程、訓練檢測、課後輔導、教學評價的有效性。
二、實施內容和策略
1.提高教學準備的高效性。
高效的課堂教學,必須有高效的教學準備環節,否則,談不上有效的課堂教學,更談不上高效的課堂教學。
教學準備指的是教師在製定教學方案時所要做的工作,包括教學目標的設定、教材的處理、方法的選擇、教學組織形式的確定、教學環節的設計以及教學方案的形成等。
備內容
要把教材看作是一個範本,努力做到入乎其內,吃透教材,把握重點、難點,同時又要把教材看作是一個例子,不唯教材,力圖出乎其外,舉一反三,觸類旁通。要與課本對話,引導學生感悟文本的內在意蘊。要精心設計教學流程,提煉出簡練而有效的教學主線,層層推進。
備學生
教師在課前要全面了解學生的學習情況和學習需求,根據“學情”有的放矢地進行備課。
備訓練
依據教學內容和學生實際,精心選擇和設計課堂練習,下發訓練教材,教師必須先做,去粗取精,去偽存真,要做到講練結合、精講精練、當堂訓練、快速反饋,充分發揮學生在課堂教學過程中的主體意識,調動學習積極性。
具體策略:
抓實集體備課。首先做到“四到位”:時間到位,地點到位,內容到位,備課主講人到位。其次完善集體備課常規:一人主備、教研組內討論、集體修改,真正將集備製度落到實處。
2.提高課堂教學的高效性。
課堂是教師實現“高效課堂”活動的主陣地,也是關鍵環節。學生的成長依賴的是每一堂課的積累,提高課堂教學效率是當務之急。
提高教學內容的高效性。
課堂教學內容的選擇要根據新課程標準的要求和學生發展的需要,依據教學目標,確立重點,最佳化選擇。在強調過程與方法、情感、態度和價值觀目標的同時,不能忽視知識教學,應切實保證知識教學的有效性。
提高教學活動的高效性。
最佳化課堂教學設計就是按照有效學習的目標,從學生的發展出發,從有利於學生能力的培養、有利於學生知識的掌握上考慮,對課堂教學活動進行科學安排。新課導入、情境創設、遷移過渡、操作安排、練習設計、活動組織等都應精心準備,周密布置,聯系學生的生活環境,立足於學生已有的知識、經驗背景,創設有助於學生自主學習、合作交流的情境,增強學生學習的樂趣和信心,使創設的情境達到內容鮮活化、過程活動化、解題探索化、交流互動化、思維多樣化、體驗高效化,從多個層面激發學生主動參與學習的全過程。
