面對課程改革的新情勢,我們將從製度層面改革評價體製、分配體製,以製度建設為導向,將全體教師的註意力引導到新課程的實施上來。在實施過程中我們將確保學校製度的科學性、公正性、激勵性和正確的引導性。
二、是重視評價的情感性。
教師也是教學活動中的主體,實施新課程必須全心全意的依靠教師,實施新課程必然要求教師付出更多的勞動與心血,學校領導能從情感層面加強與教師的溝通,在理解信任、使用發展之中促進新課程的開展。實踐證明,學校管理者心向教師,廣大教師會迸發出更大熱情去尊重學生、關愛學生,順應每個學生的個性,促進每個學生的健康成長,在和諧、民主、充滿人情味的氛圍中,促進了新課程的實施。
三、是重視評價的發展性。
人總在追求自身價值的實現中獲得前進的動力,我校引導廣大教師充分認識到:新課程的實施是一次重新洗牌的過程,對所有的教師來說,這既是一種挑戰,又是一次難得的發展機遇,誰在這場變革中及早啓動,誰就能贏得主動。
四、加強課程資源開發力度,以提供必要的物質基礎促進課改的實施。
新課程的實施對於學校課程資源建設提出了更高的要求。特別是對於信息技術軟、硬體裝備提出了更高的要求,今後,我們將把信息技術的開發、利用工作作為課程資源開發的落腳點與突破口,全面最佳化課程資源。我們將把握“自力更生、分步實施、軟硬兼顧、適度超前”的原則,加快信息化步伐。
