[Boutique] exchange meeting statement
In the early winter season, we came to Baotou City, a famous city outside the city called "Lucheng", to hold the second national thermal power air-cooling unit special technical seminar. On behalf of the China Electric Power Enterprise Association Science and Technology Service Center, I will present representatives from all over the country. Express a warm welcome!
Since the beginning of the 21st century, China’s social economy has maintained a sustained, rapid and good development momentum.
Technical exchange meeting speech. In 2005, GDP reached 2.24 trillion US dollars, rising from the seventh in the world in 2004 to the sixth in the world; the total volume of import and export trade reached 1.4 trillion US dollars. With the rapid growth of China's economy, China's power industry has also developed rapidly. After the national power installation exceeded 300 million kilowatts in April 2000 and reached 400 million kilowatts in May 2004, it crossed the 500 million kilowatt mark in December 2005, reaching 50.841 million kilowatts. In 2005, China's newly-built power station project exceeded 100 million kilowatts, and the new production capacity from January to August this year was 51.775 million kilowatts. It is predicted that by 2019, China's power generation capacity will exceed 800 million kilowatts, and will reach 1.1 billion kilowatts by 2020. In terms of power production, the annual power generation reached 247.47 billion kWh last year, and this year's power generation in January-September reached 203.591 billion kWh, an increase of 13.67%.
In China's power supply structure, thermal power accounts for 75.6%, hydropower accounts for 22.6%, nuclear power accounts for 1.3%, and the proportion of new power sources such as wind power is small. As far as China's energy consumption is concerned, the status of thermal power in absolute dominance will not change in the future.
From the perspective of the geographical structure of China's coal production and supply, in the vast northern regions of China, it is a region with abundant coal reserves and large output: According to statistics, in 2005, Shanxi's coal production reached 550 million tons; Large and extra-large coal mines; and the proven reserves of coal resources in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region reached 240 billion tons, ranking second in the country.
However, the problem that cannot be ignored is that transportation capacity, transportation costs, environmental protection pressures, etc. become the “bottleneck” faced by these coal producing areas for coal transportation. In 2005, Shanxi Province had a total of 400 million tons of coal, and the transportation sector faced great pressure. Other areas such as northern Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia, where transportation is not very developed, are a problem. For example, the railway can only meet the 40% demand for coal transportation in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region; road transportation faces integration and restructuring. The Road Traffic Safety Law, which was newly implemented on May 1, 2004, imposes stricter penalties on overload and over-limitation in road transport, and the road transport capacity will be reduced, making the contradiction between coal supply and demand caused by insufficient capacity more prominent.
While exporting a large amount of coal, the stockpiles of inferior fuels such as coal gangue have also increased sharply. For example, the coal gangue stockpiles in Shanxi Province have reached 1 billion tons, and 80 million tons have been added each year. It accounts for about 10% of the total coal production.
In order to solve the above problems, it is necessary to build coal-fired power plants in northern Shaanxi, Shanxi, and Inner Mongolia to exchange electricity with coal, and then transfer the generated power to North China and Northeast China through high-voltage transmission technology. At the same time, China's high-voltage and super-high The breakthrough in high-voltage power transmission and transformation technology also provides technical support for this choice.
But the worrying fact is that in these coal-producing regions in the north of China, water resources are scarce. China's per capita fresh water resources are only 2,300 cubic meters, which is only equivalent to a quarter of the world's per capita, while the average annual water resources in the north only account for 12% of the country. According to the latest results of water resources assessment, the total amount of water resources in the northern part of China is still decreasing, among which the Yellow River, Huaihe River, Haihe River and Liaohe River area are the most significant, the total resources are reduced by 12%, and the periodic water resources of some northern river basins. The shortage has intensified. According to the China Meteorological Administration, since 1976, precipitation in northern China has decreased drastically and there has been a continuous drought. The annual average precipitation has decreased by 2.99 mm every 10 years. With population growth and socio-economic development, the northern water system has become increasingly vulnerable. The water cycle is developing in an unfavorable direction: the imbalance of precipitation and river flow in time and space; the ratio of annual evaporation to precipitation is too large, reaching 84%; the dry and warmer climate makes the water balance further evolve in an unfavorable direction. .
In order to take into account the contradiction between power generation and water saving, it is necessary to develop air-cooled units in the coal-producing areas in northern China. Air-cooled power generation technology uses air cooling as a power source for power station cooling. It originated in the 1930s and is used in Germany, the United States, South Africa and other countries. At present, the capacity of air-cooling assembly machines in South Africa ranks first in the world. There are three kinds of air cooling systems that are applied in thermal power plants. One is a direct air cooling system, that is, the GEA system; the other is an indirect air cooling system using a hybrid condenser, that is, the Heller type; and the other is a surface condenser. Indirect air cooling system. The world's first 1500kW direct air-cooled unit was put into operation in a pit power station in Germany in 1938 and has a history of more than 60 years. Several typical air-cooled units in the world are: 2X36MW units of the Italian air-cooled power station put into operation in 1958, air-cooling units of the Spanish 160MW power station put into operation in 1968, and 365MW air-cooled units of the Wodok power station in Wyoming, USA, which were put into operation in 1978, and put into operation in 1987. South Africa Matimba power station 6X665MW direct air cooling unit.
Compared with the wet cooling unit, the air cooling unit has the following characteristics:
1. Strong water saving capacity. Compared with the wet cooling unit, it can save 66%-84% of the water consumption capacity, increase the flexibility of the thermal power plant site selection, and do not have to worry about water resources change, reduction and water price increase. Large-scale coal-fired air-cooled power plants have created conditions for the implementation of “maximizing water conservation and minimizing emissions”. From the statistical data, the lowest water saving rate is 66%, and the highest is 84%. For example, the water consumption of a conventional wet-cold fire power plant is calculated according to the designed installed capacity, and is about one ton per kilowatt per kilowatt. Based on an annual operation of 8,000 hours, the annual water consumption is about 30 million tons, which can be used for domestic water consumption of 500,000 residents in a medium-sized city. If the steam turbine of a thermal power plant uses an air cooling system as a cold source, if the water consumption is only 66%, and the same amount of water per ton is used, an air cooling plant of 3 million kilowatts can be built. The annual cooling capacity of air-cooled units is about 20 million tons. According to the price of 1~2 yuan per ton of water, it can save 20-40 million yuan, and save 100-200 million yuan in five years.
2. High coal consumption for power generation. Since the air-cooling unit has a higher back pressure than the wet-cooling unit, its cycle thermal efficiency is about 5% lower; the coal-fired unit's power generation coal consumption is increased by about 3% to 8%. Compared with the 600 MW unit, the coal consumption of the air-cooled unit is about 10~15g/kW. h. The essence of the air-cooled power plant is to exchange water with coal, that is, to consume more coal to save water.
On the other hand, in the vast northern regions of China, the annual average temperature is low, especially in the long winter, the outdoor air temperature often reaches minus ten degrees or even minus twenty degrees, considering the air-cooled steam turbine unit and the air cooling system. Safe operation, the condensation temperature of water vapor can not be too low, if the intermediate temperature difference can be utilized by the composite cycle, it can greatly improve the power generation efficiency of the air cooling unit, thereby reducing the coal consumption of the whole unit and improving the economy of the whole unit. benefit. The calculation shows that the 600MW low-temperature composite cycle unit can reduce the coal consumption rate by 8.3% compared with the composite cycle unit with the same initial parameters; the coal consumption of the compared direct-cooling unit is 290g/kWh, and the same condition is used during winter operation. The coal consumption of the lower low temperature composite cycle unit will be reduced by more than 20 g/kWh.
3. The land occupation takes up a lot of space. The large-scale wet cooling tower has been eliminated, eliminating the thermal pollution and water spray noise of the mist group escaping from the top of the tower; however, the air-cooling power plant's air-condensing device requires a large space and must supply a large amount of ambient air. Air-cooled thermal power plants need to have large construction sites, complicated commissioning and perfect anti-freeze and noise-reduction measures;
4. Increased investment costs,
Speech "Technical Exchange Conference Speech". ◆Share good text ◆Using air-cooled thermal power generation technology is an air-cooling heat exchange device with low temperature position, small temperature difference and extra large heat dissipation. The device is bulky and expensive, and can be included in one of the four major equipments of the power station compared with the price of the power station boiler; the infrastructure investment of the air-cooled power plant has increased, and the total investment of the whole plant has increased by 4% to 8%;
5, need to be equipped with a dedicated air-cooled steam turbine, because the steam turbine is a back pressure and special design of the last stage of the turbine;
6. The power consumption rate of the plant increases. Since the direct cooling unit is equipped with dozens of high-power fans, it consumes a large amount of electricity and increases the power consumption rate by about 1%.
7. The air-cooling unit is suitable for a large number of underground coal mines in the northern part of the coal mine where it is seriously deficient in water, burns low calorific value coal and has low coal prices, and has a long and climatic temperature throughout the year.
Based on China's geographical, coal resource distribution and local climate characteristics, the development of air-cooled units has great practical significance in China. In this regard, the state has given considerable attention: according to the National Development and Reform Commission, the reform and development of energy [2004] No. 864 and the State Council's main objectives and tasks for the implementation of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China" In the spirit of the notice of division of labor, in the water-deficient areas in the north, large-scale high-parameter air-cooled units should be constructed in principle, and the water consumption index of the unit should be controlled below 0.18 cubic meters per second·million kilowatts.
In the face of the pressure of real problems and the importance of the state, China's air-cooled units have achieved rapid development in terms of stand-alone and total installed capacity: China began to develop and select thermal power cooling equipment in the 1960s, but they are all small. Thermal power air cooling unit. Until the end of the 1980s, the 2×200MW hybrid condenser indirect air-cooling unit technology was introduced from Hungary and installed in the second power plant of Datong. In recent years, the development speed of China's large air-cooled units has accelerated significantly: Datong Yungang Thermal Power Company 2003 2×200MW direct air cooling unit was put into operation. In 2004, the 2×300MW direct air cooling unit of Shanxi Shushan Power Plant was put into operation. The commissioning of 2×300MW direct air cooling unit of Huaneng Shanxi Xishe Power Plant marked the successful application of new air cooling technology in China. . In 2005, the application of 600MW direct air cooling technology of Guodian Datong Power Generation Co., Ltd. marked that air cooling technology has taken a new step in China. On April 21 last year, Unit 7 of Guodian Power Shanxi Datong No. 2 Power Plant Phase II Project was completed and put into operation; on July 22, the second 600,000 KW large direct air-cooled unit also successfully completed 168 hours of full-load test operation, which marked China. The first large direct air-cooled power plant was completed and put into operation. At present, there are also plans for the construction of 1000MW air-cooled units in power plants. It is estimated that during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, there will be more than 70 sets of thermal power air-cooling machine assembly machines in China, and most of them will be 300MW and 600MW large-capacity air-cooled units with a total installed capacity of 23000MW. Together with the existing 4,200 MW, there are a total of 27,200 MW. It is foreseeable that China will become the world's largest installed capacity of cold power generation.
China has also made great progress in the production of unit equipment: in April 2000, China's first air-cooled steam turbine generator with a single unit capacity of 135,000 kilowatts was successfully trial-produced in Jinan Power Plant of Shandong Province; in November 2002, China The self-developed 150,000-kilowatt air-cooled generator passed the test; the fifteen major technical equipment achievement exhibition showed that China has realized the autonomy of the 600 MW-class large air-cooled unit and the direct air-cooling system of the power station.
From the current operation situation of air-cooled units at home and abroad, air-cooled units are mature, safe and reliable generator sets, but it is undeniable that at present, due to the rapid development of air-cooled units in China, the design and operation of air-cooled islands The law still needs to be further mastered, and the level of safety and economic operation of the unit in antifreeze and anti-hot air recirculation needs to be further improved. In order to exchange the operating experience of various air-cooled power plants in the past year, the research results of various research institutes and design institutes in the optimization design of air-cooled unit systems have been obtained in the design, development and production of new products of air-cooled island systems. Based on the experience of the first Datong air-cooling conference, the China Power Enterprise Association Science and Technology Service Center invited air-cooled power plants, universities, design institutes, research institutes and related manufacturers to gather domestic air-cooled unit technical design. Experts and scholars in research, debugging, operation, management, etc., as well as experts and representatives of foreign companies engaged in air-cooling system design and equipment manufacturing, held the second national thermal power air-cooling unit technical exchange meeting. The meeting has great practical significance for improving our understanding and attention to the technology of air-cooled units and promoting the development of air-cooling technology in China in terms of design, manufacture, operation and construction. In the preparation process of the meeting, I received strong support and help from the North United Power Co., Ltd., and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to them!

The second part: the speech of the hospital entrance examination experience exchange meetingGood evening everyone, I am from the *** department. I am very honored to share my postgraduate experience as a postgraduate representative. Today, I mainly talk about the problems that the various subjects pay attention to in the preparation for the exam and share my schedule with you.
First of all, I hope that everyone here will seriously think about whether or not you have chosen a postgraduate degree. Think about what your goals are, and then decide which exams to take, what schools to test, and which districts to take. The reason for this is that the postgraduate entrance examination is a long war, and in this war you have no one to rely on. If you don't want a good reason for not being able to take a postgraduate exam in advance, it is easy to quit halfway.
The same principle applies to everyone who decides whether or not they choose to take mathematics. I only speak mathematics three that I am familiar with. Although the difficulty is much lower than the number one, the mathematics we have learned is quite difficult compared to the university. And whether you want to take mathematics must think about it at the beginning, because once you decide to take the test, most of the preparation time will be spent on mathematics. If one day you decide not to take the test, you will be reluctant to give up these efforts, and at the same time, the degree of effort in other subjects will also be lost to others, which is certainly not a cost-effective thing.
If you choose math, then your review must begin in March. It is necessary to read a face-to-face class for several journals, because mathematics must be understood without understanding. There is a teacher who will improve the face-to-face guidance. From March to June, I read the exercises after class. In July and August, attend an intensive class to improve yourself. After that, I can't give up the feeling that I have to keep doing the problem constantly and I can't forget myself.
In English, I personally feel that four books can handle English. These four books are the same as the word book plus reading plus the real question and then add one for the instrument. Back words seem to be very important from the time we learn English, but my suggestion is that you should not turn your back words into the focus of preparing English, just as we learn Chinese and we will not focus on the Xinhua Dictionary. Back words need to be back every day, but don't spend too much time each day. The real question is very important. Everyone has to repeat the real questions over the years. Do at least three times, the first time to make every sentence clear, and then let yourself gradually master the key points of the English for postgraduate study. It can be said that every time you do the real problem, your English score will be improved by one grade. In the late writing, everyone bought this document and made a template for it to be copied out on the examination room.
Political and professional courses I think it will be ready from September. But if you don't take mathematics, you can prepare a little earlier, especially for professional courses. If you don't take math, you may have to prepare very early. Try to score a high score. Politics don't have to be backed up, but it's good to look at it. The most important part of a professional course is to find out which books are listed in the school. It is important to see which version of the book on the admissions brochure is. The most important thing for a professional book is not to buy the wrong one. If you need a real question over the years, you can contact the student or teacher you know. If you don't know it, you can directly check the admissions office of the school to see if you can sell it.
Finally, there are some suggestions for you during the postgraduate study.
1 If you feel that you are not strong enough, the last thing is to find a very hard-working classmate to be your own postgraduate partner, and everyone will study together every day. This enables mutual supervision and progress.
2 Try to stay in the school to prepare for the postgraduate entrance examination, because the environment of the postgraduate entrance examination is very important. It is easy to be lazy and easy to be affected when reviewing people at home. I really like the library's study room, where you often feel embarrassed when you don't work hard. More importantly, the postgraduate study must always maintain as much information as possible. For example, when the counseling book is released, and what new changes are made to this year's exam, these are things that one person cannot achieve.
3 Postgraduate study does not have to go through six levels, but if you pass the sixth level you will have a lot of confidence. Moreover, in the retesting session, some schools will give extra points to candidates who pass the sixth level. So if you have time, you have the opportunity to actively apply.
4 Participating in the club and holding a position in the class will not affect everyone's postgraduate study. However, I suggest that you do not report more than three associations at best. All of them do not affect your studies. At the same time, when entering the junior year, we must give up some extracurricular activities and gradually shift the focus to academics. In the process of postgraduate entrance examination, it is necessary to keep one-mindedness. If you want to find a job while studying for a postgraduate degree, it is very likely that there will be no results on both sides.
The last thing to say is that the postgraduate entrance examination is just an exam. The answer is only one and it is very strict. Life is different, and life has many answers. No matter what you do, what you are passionate about is a correct explanation. I hope everyone can live their own possibilities.
thank you all!
The third part: the speech of the hospital entrance examination experience exchange meetingDear teachers, parents and friends: Good evening!
Today, we have gathered together to exchange ideas on how to train children. Here, I would like to thank the school and thank the teacher, Teacher Luo, for providing the opportunity for this gathering through the platform of the Parents' Association.
My child is called Huang Du. Since I entered the fifth grade, I found that the child has changed, become happy, confident, and motivated. This is the result of the management and education of all teachers. Therefore, the first thing I want to thank is the teachers, the teacher in charge of the class to cultivate his enthusiasm and ability to participate in class management, to stimulate his enthusiasm for language learning; the strictness of mathematics teachers, to cultivate his strict thinking habits; the encouragement of English teachers, He has a strong interest in English learning; the computer teacher's "opening a small stove" allows him to learn more knowledge than others; the knowledge of the science teacher leads him to hungry for extracurricular knowledge, teacher training in sound and beauty skills. His artistic appreciation, athletic ability and creativity.
Secondly, I want to thank all of you here. You have cultivated the excellent qualities of your children and let Huang Duo play his strengths in this big family to make up for his shortcomings. I often listened to him, the squad leader Wang Zhuojun, "Wenwu and Shuangquan, is the example of my study." Yang Chaojie has a good mathematics and basketball is better. He and Shu Yi, Mao Wei, Ren Jie and other students let Huang Du from then I like to go to sports, and I invite a few classmates to exercise on the weekend, opening up another world. Wang Yun, the same table, wrote the words quickly and well. Her good writing habits prompted Huang Du to follow the example of the same table and gradually changed the slow habit, as he said: otherwise I will Can't catch up with her. Not long ago, he told me that his classmates who helped him improved their mathematics and were praised by the teacher. I asked him how you helped him. He said that I helped him with math problems every day. I said, my mother is proud of you. Does the teacher praise you? He said that this matter does not have to tell the teacher that this is my own business. I don't like to preach. I said, yes, you are a class cadre. Helping others is what it is. His progress is your success. Think of it as the secret of both of you. This incident made me see his growth. Huang Du has been transferred here from the third grade. There have been several tables and neighboring tables. I can't name them, but I believe that each child has his own unique personality and advantages. Huang Du is in contact with them. Learning to learn, learn to cooperate, and learn to communicate in the process play an irreplaceable role in the growth of children.
Huang Di has a wide range of interests. In the 1-3 grades, he learned hard pen calligraphy. Now, except for occasionally writing a few words that surprised us, there are no traces left. In the 2nd and 3rd grades, he also studied the violin. By the 4th grade, his art path was aborted. Later, I learned the billiards, and it was only the effort of the three-legged cat. Now it seems that his talents show hope. The only thing that remains unchanged is his reading interest. He reads, is happy, why not?
Educator Ye Shengtao said: "What is education, a simple sentence is to develop good habits." American writer Jack Hodge said in the book The Power of Habit: "Behaves become a habit, habits develop character, character determines fate." The competition for academic performance is actually a game of learning habits. In normal times, there are often some parents, friends and I discuss the children's education problems. I think that in the pre-school stage, we should cultivate good living habits. In the small and medium-sized stage, we should cultivate good study habits. In the middle school stage, we should cultivate good learning methods so that we can enter. A virtuous circle. A good habit can make your child use for life.
Next, from the family point of view, I will talk about some experiences in cultivating good learning habits of children in the national stage, and summarize it as "four concerns" and "three essentials."
1. Pay attention to the habits of children attending classes.
The most direct way for a child to concentrate on listening is to contact the teacher and learn directly from the teacher. Very embarrassing, in fact, I rarely communicate with teachers, but there is still a way to ask the children frequently, what did you learn in class today? What is the most interesting? Answer a few questions? If the child can’t answer anything, the child There must be a problem.
In order to help children develop good habits of listening to the lesson, let the children talk about which lesson in the language and what content is interesting. Where is mathematics difficult? What is easy? Over time, it promotes the habit of children to concentrate on listening. I remember that at the beginning of the school, Huang Du said to me: "Mom, I have read the math book. The other content is not difficult. I don't understand the equation. We only have one or two people in our class." I told him that his practical equation. Solving the problem is to simplify the problem-solving process and reduce the difficulty. It is not difficult. You don’t understand it now. It’s okay to listen to it in class. Some days ago, he was pleased to tell me that the equation is the simplest.
2. Pay attention to the habits of children thinking.
Usually we often listen to children saying "Dad, how do you do this? Mom, how do you do this?" Many times, we can't do it ourselves. In fact, you can tell your child: You can look at the topic carefully and use your brain to make it. Or, let's compare and see who can make it. At this time, the right or wrong of the topic is no longer important, the important thing is the process of thinking.
We should guide our children to develop the habit of thinking independently and being good at asking questions. I think that "it is more important to ask a question than to solve a problem." Let the children not only like to ask questions, but also are willing to find answers to the questions, which are important for the child's creative thinking and further study in the future.
3. Pay attention to the habits of children reading.
Former Soviet educator Suhomlinski said: "The way to make children smart is not to make up classes, not to increase homework, but to read and read." I have been paying attention to cultivating his reading habits from a very young age, from beautiful children's pictorials to children's popular science books, from fun fairy tales, prose novels, to historical stories, etc., where he has books and even toilets. Also take a book to watch. Sometimes reading is more focused, and he can't hear him.
Because of good reading habits and a wide range of knowledge, this has laid a good foundation for cultivating children's self-learning ability and preparing for subsequent studies, because in more than a year, our children will be promoted to the country. The tension of learning is not the same as that of the small country. Especially in writing, if you are empty, how can you write a pen? So, read more books early.
4, pay attention to the habits of children's homework.
We must not only pay attention to the quality of the child's homework, but also pay attention to the time when the child's homework is completed. There are quite a few parents, including myself, who have a feeling that if they see their child sitting at the desk, they are happy, no matter what he is doing. In fact, because the children are different in age and have different personalities, the length of time each time they can concentrate is different. Parents must start from the actual work according to the content of the work. Don't let your child form a habit of grinding and not being efficient.
Huang Du’s previous homework was always grinded, and it was often done until Sunday night, which made me very angry, so I made
In addition to writing, weekend homework must be completed on Friday. Usually, the homework is done after school, and must be completed before 8:00 pm. If it is not completed, it is not allowed to be done. It is criticized by the teacher.
When we ask our children, we also assign homework to ourselves, and we should do "three things."
1. Have a firm attitude.
The formation of good habits is a difficult process that must be sustained. Especially when the child has developed some bad habits, the firm attitude of the parents is even more important. The American great writer Mark Twain once said a very interesting sentence, which is instructive to correct the child's bad habits. He said: "Habit is a habit. No one can throw it out of the window, only to carry it down the stairs, and only one layer at a time."
2, to lead by example, words and deeds.
Parents are watching TV themselves, but let their children do homework. This is not only easy to cause children's dislike, but also affects children's learning. This may be ignored by us. At the very least, you can make hidden points. It is best to calm down and pick up the book.
3, to appreciate children, be good at discovering their bright spots.
As the saying goes, "The number is too long, it’s like a long time." Instead of letting the children entangle in the wrong things in the endless criticism, it is better to praise them in time and give applause to each child's progress! I I firmly believe that a good child is not boasted but boasted.
In fact, each student is an independent individual, and the best for the child. There is such a sentence: to prevent you from reaching the distance, not how high the mountain in front, but a grain of sand in your shoes. Every parent knows about their children. I believe that parents and friends can implement unique educational methods according to the characteristics of their children.
In short, the formation of good study habits is not a one-off event, but the formation of good study habits is the child's life. I hope that every child can take off smoothly on the learning channel!
The above talks are just some of my personal understanding. If you are not correct, please criticize and correct. thank you all.
