6. Installation project payment progress:

8. Increase or decrease of the project: If Party A needs to modify, increase or decrease its engineering plan, the increase or decrease of the total price shall be calculated according to the order specified by both parties. If a new amount of engineering is required, the parties shall separately negotiate the unit price of the newly added project. If Party A disposes part of the completed project or the material that has been delivered to the site due to the modification of the original plan, Party A shall, after acceptance, pay the completed project cost and material fee according to the unit price stipulated by both parties.
9. Supervision progress: Supervisors or representatives sent by Party A shall supervise the progress of the project and have the right to supervise and guide them. Party B shall correctly construct according to the instructions of Party A's personnel or representatives, and shall not disregard any excuses.
10. Project stop: If Party A informs Party B to stop the project, the reason is not that Party B should be responsible. Party B can stop and ask Party A to pay in accordance with the quantity of completed projects, materials delivered to the site and other reasonable expenses. Add or deduct.
11. Project custody: At the beginning of the project, prior to the completion of the handover, the completed project and the materials, tools and equipment left at the site shall be kept by Party B. In addition to disasters that human beings cannot resist, Party B shall bear full responsibility for damages in all matters in custody. In case of irresistible natural disasters and man-made disasters, Party B shall detail the damages and submit the price and date of restitution to Party A for Party A to check the payment. If Party A decides not to continue construction, it will end in accordance with Article 10 of the contract.
12. Project guarantee: In addition to natural disasters or improper use of Party A, Party B shall ensure the quality of the project is good for one year after Party A's acceptance.
13. Incidental clause: If the party A or other personnel is damaged due to the fault of Party B during the project, Party B shall be responsible for compensation. However, the cause of the damage is caused by the fault of Party A or other engineering personnel contracted by Party A, and Party A shall be fully responsible.
14. Subsidiary files: The sub-files of this contract shall be deemed to be part of this contract and shall have the same effect as other articles.
