Article 1 The parties to this contract:

According to Article 45 of the Interim Regulations on the Transfer and Transfer of Urban State-Owned Land Use Rights of the People's Republic of China, the transfer of land use rights originally acquired by means of transfer shall be signed with a land use right transfer contract. If Party B sells ______ property, the land use right within its scope of use will be transferred. The two parties entered into this contract after consultation on the principle of voluntariness, equality and compensation.

The land user shall return the land use certificate and go through the registration in accordance with the regulations.
Article 14 If a party fails to perform its obligations under the contract, it shall be deemed to be in violation of this contract. After the breaching party receives a notice specifying the breach of contract from the other party, it shall correct the breach within ____ days. If there is no correction within ____ days, the defaulting party shall compensate the other party for all direct and foreseeable losses caused by the default.
