Article 1 The parties to this contract:

According to Article 45 of the Interim Regulations on the Transfer and Transfer of Urban State-Owned Land Use Rights of the People's Republic of China, the transfer of land use rights originally acquired by means of transfer must first sign a land use right transfer contract. If Party B sells ___ property, the land use right within its scope of use will be transferred. The two parties entered into this contract after consultation on the principle of voluntariness, equality and compensation.
