5. Party A must maintain Party B's design files and may not modify them without permission; Party A shall not copy, reuse or arbitrarily expand the scope of construction without the consent of Party B. Party A is obliged to protect Party B's design copyright and may not transfer it to a third party for reuse.

Third, Party B’s obligations

1. Party B must deliver the preliminary design file to Party A before the ____________ date of ________; deliver the technical design to Party A before ________________ Archives; before the ________________ date, the construction drawing design file was delivered to Party A. 2. 3. After the preliminary design has been reviewed by the higher authorities, Party B shall be responsible for the necessary modifications within the scope of the original mission statement.

4. The design unit shall cooperate with the construction unit to carry out the pre-construction technical disclosure of the construction project undertaken by the construction unit, solve the relevant design problems during the construction, be responsible for the design change and revision budget, and participate in the concealed project acceptance and project completion acceptance.

Fourth, the design modification and stop

1. Party A shall request the modification of the design of the project for any reason. With the consent of Party B, Party A shall, in addition to the delivery time of the design file, be revised according to the actual rework date of Party B, and increase the design fee by ____ yuan per working day, or press The percentage of work rework in the design phase is calculated.
