Box substation compensation agreement

Party A and Party B signed the "Box-type Substation Purchase Contract" on _________ _________ month _________, stipulating that Party B shall provide Party A with a box-type substation containing the model _________ transformer, due to Party B The model provided is inconsistent with the original contractual agreement, and the linkage isolation plate is not installed in the high-voltage switch as required, resulting in the substation being unqualified by the power supply bureau twice. In order to properly resolve related matters and reduce the losses caused by Party B, the following agreements were reached through negotiation between Party A and Party B:
Article 1 Questions about the transformer model:
Party A accepts the transformer of type _________ installed by Party B, but with the following conditions:
1.1 Party B must ensure that the quality of the box-type substation is good and can be used normally, so that the product can pass the acceptance and pass of the power supply bureau once after the signing of this agreement. Otherwise, Party A has the right to dismantle the installed box-type substation. Other products shall be purchased and installed separately, and all losses caused by Party B shall be borne by Party B. Party B shall also compensate Party A for double the compensation amount of the contract amount.
1.2 Within one year from the date of acceptance, if Party has quality problems, Party A shall have the right to return the goods, Party B shall bear all losses caused thereby, and compensate Party A for double the compensation amount of the contract amount.
1.3 The warranty of this product is subject to the provisions of Article 6 of the original contract. Within 2 hours after receiving the notice from Party A within the warranty period, it must be dispatched for repair. If it is notified, it will not be dispatched or dispatched for repair for more than ten times. Party A still has the right to return the goods, and Party B shall bear all losses caused thereby.
Article 2 Regarding the issue of compensation:
As the second acceptance of the transformer failed to pass, Party B agreed to compensate Party A:
2.1 Temporary increase in wire and other expenses: _________ yuan.
2.2 The electricity price difference caused by the use of temporary transformer: _________ yuan.
2.3 The inspection fee arising from the unqualified acceptance shall be borne by Party B and shall be paid by the power supply bureau. However, the cost of the final acceptance is not borne by Party B.
Article 3 Settlement of Disputes When a party to this Agreement disputes the interpretation or performance of the relevant provisions of this Agreement, it shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If no written agreement is reached through negotiation, either party has the right to file a lawsuit in a people's court with jurisdiction.
Article 4 Others This Agreement may be amended or supplemented in writing in accordance with the opinions of the parties, and the resulting supplementary agreement shall have the same legal effect as the Agreement. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date on which the legal representative of the parties or their authorized agent signs and affixes the official seal.
This Agreement is made in two copies and each party holds one copy and has the same legal effect.
