Party B shall know in detail the contents of the Insurance Agent Contract signed by Party A and the agent _________ on _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Provide a guarantee. Upon review by Party A, Party B agrees to be the guarantor. Party A and Party B shall, in accordance with the provisions of the "General Principles of the Civil Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Guarantee Law of the People's Republic of China", stipulate the following:
1. The means by which Party B provides guarantee is joint and several liability guarantee. If the agent fails to perform the debt at the expiration of the debt performance period specified in the agency contract, Party A may require the agent to perform the debt, or may require the guarantor to assume the guarantee responsibility within the scope of its guarantee.
2. The scope of guarantee provided by Party B is the agent _________violation of the relevant laws and regulations or the insurance agency contract to the Party A, including damages and their interest and various expenses incurred.
3. Party A and the agent change the contents of the insurance agency contract, including the period of automatic extension of the insurance agency contract, and Party B shall still bear the guarantee responsibility.
4. After Party B assumes the liability for compensation , Party B may recover the compensation from the agent according to law.
5. Party A and Party B may agree to terminate this contract.
6. This contract shall become effective after being signed and sealed by both parties.
7. The dispute arising from this contract may be settled by arbitration in accordance with the arbitration agreement reached. If no arbitration agreement is reached, a lawsuit may be filed in the people's court with jurisdiction at the place where Party A is located.
8. This contract is a _________ share, and each party and agent shall hold one copy.
