1. Acceptance prompt: Party A receives the subscription submitted by Party B through remote transaction. If Party A receives the application for redemption from Party B, it shall accept the application when verifying that the trading account has sufficient fund balance. 2. Time reminder: During the subscription period, the deadline for acceptance of the application on the fund's day is 17:00 every day. If Party B submits the application after 17:00, Party A will consider Party B's application as the next day's application. On the open day, the deadline for acceptance of the application on the fund's day is 15:00 pm. If Party B submits the application after 15:00, Party B's application for the application is processed by one business day, but the application is selected as the validity date. 3. Third, special considerations for telephone transactions and online transactions:

1. This telephone transaction is implemented by telephone voice system. This online transaction is realized through the company's website system, and the specific procedures for handling the transaction are executed in accordance with Party A's trading instructions.

2. Party B's transaction instructions issued by the Internet and the Internet are subject to the computer records. Party B shall bear full responsibility for the results of the various trading activities carried out by Party B.

3. When Party B applies for opening a telephone transaction or online transaction, the initial inquiry password is the last six digits of the fund account number, and the transaction password is the password of the transaction account of Party B. Party B can change the password through the direct sales counter, telephone voice system or our website. Party A shall use the fund account number and password entered by Party B as the basis for determining the telephone transaction or online transaction.

4. Party B must pay attention to the use and confidentiality of the transaction password. All transactions conducted using the password are deemed to be valid transactions handled by Party B in person, and all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B.

5. Party A cannot accept or delay receiving applications from Party B due to unpredictable line congestion, poor transmission, communication interruption, power failure, computer or telephone system failure, natural disasters, force majeure and other factors. Party A does not bear any economic and legal requirements. responsibility.

Fourth, special considerations for fax transactions:

1. Party B must accurately fill in the relevant application form provided by Party A or downloaded from Party A's website _________ in strict accordance with Party A's requirements. 2. Party B handles the subscription. 3. 4. V. Disclaimer:

Party A shall not be liable for any loss caused to Party B due to one of the following reasons:

1. Power failure due to earthquake, fire, typhoon and other various force majeure, network system failure, computer failure.

2. Due to communication line failures in the telecommunications department, communication technology defects, computer hacking or computer viruses, etc., the commissioning system is not functioning properly.

3. Unexpected changes in laws and policies or unexpected events caused by unpredictable and uncontrollable factors of Party B.

4. Due to communication, network interruption, congestion, etc., it is impossible to release the application request through the agreed commission.

5. Legal provisions and other Party A's exemptions as agreed in this Agreement.

6. Changes and entry into force of the agreement:

1. Party B may modify the form of entrustment within the scope of the entrustment form provided by Party A. The application for modification proposed by Party B shall be effective on the same day as confirmed by Party A.

2. Party A reserves the right to modify or supplement the contents of this Agreement. The notice of amendment clause shall be announced in writing to Party A's business premises or notify Party B in other forms. Party B has not submitted a written protest to Party A within 30 days from the date of the announcement of the amendment notice, as if it has been approved by Party B itself, except Party A adds the service content mentioned in Article 2 of this Agreement.

3. After the signing of this Agreement, if the relevant laws and regulations and the "Funds Contract", "Prospectus", "Public Prospectus" and other files that Party B and Party A should abide by shall be revised, the contents of this Agreement are not compatible with this Agreement. And the terms and conditions are lapsed by themselves, but the other content and terms of this Agreement will continue to be valid.

4. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature by both parties and shall terminate upon receipt of written notice from Party B on the termination of this Agreement.

Seven, the settlement of the dispute:

If there is any dispute between the parties to the agreement, they shall, as far as possible, resolve through negotiation, mediation, negotiation, and mediation.
