All owners and property users must consciously abide by.
1. When using, operating or transferring the property owned by the property, it shall abide by the provisions of the property management regulations and policies.
2. Implement resolutions and decisions of the owners' committee or the owners' meeting.
3. Entrust the property management enterprise to be responsible for the management of houses, facilities, equipment, environmental sanitation, public order, preservation, greening, etc. All owners and property owners shall abide by the regulations of the property management enterprise in accordance with the relevant government regulations and policies and the entrustment of the owners' committee. system.
4. All owners and property users should actively cooperate with the management of property management enterprises.

7. If the owner or property owner renovates the house, he shall abide by the relevant property renovation system and inform the property management enterprise in advance. 9. Where the building construction and ancillary facilities have interfered with or may jeopardize the interests and safety of the neighboring houses, or hinder the unity of the panel and the appearance of the city, the owner shall, in accordance with the regulations, be repaired or maintained by the owner alone or jointly. 11. Within the scope of this property, the following acts shall not be allowed:
Unauthorized changes in the structure, appearance, design use, function and layout of the building;
Internal and external load-bearing walls, beams, columns, slabs and balconies of houses shall be illegally chiseled, demolished, erected and built;
Occupying or damaging common facilities and venues such as stairs, passageways, roofs, platforms, roads, parking lots, bicycle houses;
Damage, dismantle or modify public facilities such as power supply, water supply, gas supply, heating, communication, cable television, drainage, sewage, fire protection;
Randomly stacking sundries, discarding garbage, and throwing objects at high altitudes;
Store flammable, explosive, highly toxic, radioactive and other items and discharge toxic, harmful and dangerous substances in violation of regulations;
Trampling and occupying green land; damaging and painting garden buildings;
Set up stalls in public places and on both sides of the road;
Influencing the appearance of the city, chaos, chaos, and setting up billboards;
Park the vehicle at will;
Encourage public interest or other unethical behaviors such as hustle and bustle, humming and disturbing the people;
Raising poultry, livestock and pets in violation of regulations;
Other acts prohibited by laws, regulations, and government regulations.
12. If the utility equipment or other owner's facilities and equipment are damaged by human beings, the person responsible for the damage shall be responsible for repairing or compensating for economic losses.
13. Pay the various service fees that the property management enterprise should charge according to the regulations.
14. When the owner uses the public facilities and venues such as cultural entertainment sports facilities and parking lots that are used for compensation in the property, the owner shall pay the fees as required.
