Maintenance contract

Party A and Party B sign the following information product maintenance and repair contract through friendly negotiation based on the principle of mutual benefit.

two. Party B shall provide Party A with information products free of charge for repair service. The corresponding terms of service are as follows:
1. During the validity period of the contract, Party B shall only perform on-site maintenance for the products listed in this contract. If the parts need to be replaced, Party A shall bear the cost of the parts, and Party A no longer has the ownership of the replaced old parts.
2. If Party B believes that the product needs to be retrieved, Party B's technicians will go directly to Party A to pick up the machine.
3. During the term of the contract, Party B will perform two free cleanings on the products listed in this contract.

7. Party A shall be solely responsible for the security of its proprietary confidential information.

three. Contract Effectiveness and Contract Term: This contract is signed by both parties, sealed by the seal, and Party B will not take effect until the full amount of the contract is received. The term of the contract is one year from the effective date of this contract.

four. This contract is made in two copies, each party holding one copy and having the same effect. Party B has the right to interpret this contract.
