1. Party B is not responsible for the employment unit, and the household registration is linked to the collective household of Party A.
2. If Party B implements the employment unit, it shall promptly move the household registration out of Party A; Party B must log out of the household registration in Party A due to private travel, study, settlement, immigration and labor services. If there is indeed difficulty, it is necessary to submit a written application, a unit certificate, and propose a time limit for removal. Only after the approval of Party A's leadership can you continue to call.
3. From the month when Party B moves into Party A's collective household, Party B shall pay Party A a management fee of _________ yuan per month, paying once every six months, and paying the fee: paying the fee for January-June in July each year; Pay the fees for July-December in December.
4. Party A shall assist Party B to move in and move out of Party A's collective households, apply for replacement of resident ID card, and issue proof of household registration for Party B.
5. The above-mentioned charging items and charging standards are based on the current regulations of the provincial and municipal price departments. During the period of this Agreement, if the above-mentioned departments re-approve the charging items and charging standards, the new regulations will be implemented from the month of change.
6. Party B shall pay the fee on time according to the agreement, and shall not pay it within three months. Party A shall not be responsible for this Agreement. When the account is moved out of Party A's collective household, the relevant management fee shall be paid off.
7. This Agreement shall be made in two copies, each of which shall be executed by both parties, and shall become effective after being signed and sealed.
