Article 8 Ways to Solve Contractual Disputes When a dispute arises in the execution of this contract, the parties shall resolve it through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, both parties may file a lawsuit in the people's court where the contract is performed.
Article 9 If there are any unfinished matters in this contract, it shall be supplemented by mutual agreement between the two parties, and the supplementary provisions shall have the same effect as this contract.
