In order to enable Party A's products to be under the supervision of Party B, it is possible to improve product quality stability, improve the credibility of Party A's products, expand the market share of Party A's products, promote the modernization of product quality management, promote technological advancement of enterprises, and improve economic efficiency. And social benefits, through the principle of equal consultation and mutual benefit between the two parties, the following agreements were reached on Party A’s product supervision:
1. The specific name and model specification of the product to be supervised: _________.

3. Party B agrees that Party B shall mark the words of Party B on the label of the product of the product mentioned in Article 1 produced within the scope of its production time.

5. Party A must have the necessary conditions for the production of the equipment, technology, capital, qualified raw materials, etc., and the photocopies of the valid corporate legal person business license, production license, production personnel health certificate, etc. The product label used is left to be filed by Party B.
6. Party A must strictly follow the relevant provisions of the National Food Sanitation Law in the production of products and product labeling as stipulated in Article 1, and strictly operate in accordance with the production operation procedures. If any violation of the above provisions and regulations, all losses and consequences shall be caused by Party A. Party A is responsible for the loss; therefore, the economic losses caused to Party B shall be borne by Party A.
7. Party A must periodically sample the products listed in Article 1 before the end of each month and send them to Party A for inspection; Party B has the right to randomly check the products listed in Article 1 produced by Party A.
8. If the products listed in Article 1 produced by Party A are unqualified by Party B, the products shall not be delivered from the factory, and shall be rectified according to the requirements of Party B, otherwise the consequences shall be borne by Party A. If Party B fails to pass the inspection several times, Party B has the right to terminate the agreement in advance.
9. Party A shall, within _________ days after the signing of the agreement, remit the product supervision fee stipulated in Article 4 to Party B's account at one time, and overdue payment shall be deemed as Party A's unilateral breach of contract.
10. Party A shall mark Party B's supervisory product label on the product label mentioned in Article 1 produced outside the scope of its production time; or Party A shall produce Party B's product label on the product label other than the supervisory product mentioned in Article 1.
11. Other terms negotiated separately have been attached as an attached file. The subsidiary file has the same legal effect as this Agreement. This Agreement shall become effective after it has been signed and sealed, and shall be valid for _________ years.
12. The outstanding issues are implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Contract Law. If any party defaults, the defaulting party must pay the breaching party RMB _________ yuan.
