In order to facilitate the verification of the number by Party B, the two parties reached the following agreement through friendly negotiation and firstly obtained the payment after the "_________ special invoice for invoices":
Article 1 In order to ensure that the invoice issued by Party A to Party B is not fraudulent, Party B shall issue an invoice for receipt and a signature pattern each time it receives Party A’s invoice. The letter of receipt must be stamped with the official seal of Party B. Each letter is valid for three days from the date of issuance.
Article 2 Party B shall sign the invoice to Party A before the 5th of each month, and may not delay or refuse to pay Party A on the grounds that the invoice is not signed.
Article 3 The summary form of the invoice provided by Party A shall be based on the format of the notice.
Article 4 When the designated person of Party B receives the invoice, it shall check whether the invoice received is consistent with the notice. If there is no protest, the relevant items will be registered on the registration form.
Article 5 Party B shall bear all the responsibilities that are lost after the designated person of Party B signs the invoice on the registration form. Party B shall not refuse to pay Party A on the grounds of lost invoices.
Article 6 Party B shall pay Party A the amount of relevant expenses to Party A by bank transfer three days after the signature of the registration form.
Article 7 Party B shall file a notice against the invoice after the signature of the registration form of Party B, within two days. Otherwise, Party A shall settle the amount according to the amount recorded on the invoice summary form. In the event of a protest, the invoice for the non-resistance part will be paid first, and then the invoice with the protest part will be negotiated.
Article 8 Party B can only receive new invoices after clearing the last payment of the invoice.
Article 9 If Party B does not receive the invoice in accordance with the operating procedures of this contract, Party A has the right to terminate this agreement at any time without any legal liability.
Article 10 This Agreement is an essential subsidiary file of the Fee Settlement Agreement and has the same legal effect.
Article 11 The parties may not resolve the matter and the two sides may jointly resolve the matter. This Agreement is an ancillary file of the fee settlement agreement and has the same effect.
Article 12 This Agreement shall be in duplicate and shall be effective upon signature and seal by both parties, and each party shall hold one copy.
