Party A and Party B shall participate in the relevant matters of this tour organized by Party B through equal consultation and voluntarily sign the contract as follows:
Article 1 [Tour Content] The tour group number is:
The tour route is: .
The tour group's departure time is the year, month and day, and the end time is the year, month and day, for a total of days and nights.
For details of the tour routes and itinerary arrangements listed in the preceding paragraph, please refer to the “Travel Schedule”. The Travel Itinerary is signed by both parties A and B as part of this contract.
Article 2 [Service Standards] The quality of this tour group's service shall be implemented by the National Tourism Administration's “Quality of Travel Agency Domestic Tourism Service”.
Article 3 [Tourism Expenses] The total amount of travel expenses of the tour group is RMB. On the date of signing this contract, Party A shall prepay RMB, and the balance shall be paid on the day before departure.
Article 4 [Project Costs] The travel expenses paid by Party A in accordance with Article 3 of this contract include the following items:
1. Handling fee for the handling of documents: Party B shall handle the handling fee for the required travel documents on behalf of Party A.
2. Transportation ticket fee: Party B will purchase the transportation ticket for the public transportation department such as civil aviation, railway, long-distance passenger transport company and water transport.
3. Catering and accommodation expenses: The catering and accommodation expenses arranged by Party B listed in the “Travel Schedule”.
4. Tour Fees: The tour fees arranged by Party B listed in the Travel Itinerary include the transportation fee from the place of stay to the place of tour, and the first ticket fee for the non-tourist to pay for the tour.
5. Transfer fee: The transfer fee from the airport, port, station, etc. to the hotel during the tour.
6. Travel service fee: Party B provides fees for various travel services.
7. Other expenses agreed by Party A and Party B:
In the case of the transportation ticket fee of item 2 of the preceding paragraph, if the government adjusts the fare, the refund or supplement of the fee shall be handled in accordance with Article 63 of the Contract Law. For the catering and accommodation expenses of item 3, if Party A requests to raise the standard and Party B agrees to arrange it, Party A shall pay the required difference.
Article 5 [Non-Project Fees] The travel expenses paid by Party A in accordance with Article 3 of this contract do not include the following items:
1. Construction fees for airports around the world.
2. Party A's personal expenses incurred during the trip: such as personal food and beverage expenses on transportation; personal injury and medical expenses; excess baggage fees; laundry, telephone, telegraph, beverage and alcoholic fees during travel and accommodation; private transportation expenses; free activities Fees; the cost and remuneration of the lost items and the compensation for personal actions during the journey.
3. Insurance premiums paid by Party A for self-insurance: the cost of aviation personal accident insurance and other insurances that Party A insured on its own.
4. The fees agreed by Party A for the cost of the tour that is selected by Party A for its own payment.
5. Other expenses for items not listed in Article 4.
Article 6 [Departure Time and Place] Party A shall set off on time on the day of the month. If Party A fails to arrive at the agreed place on time and fails to join the tour group in the middle of the journey, Party A shall be deemed to have terminated the contract, and Party B may claim compensation in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of this contract.
Article 7 [Number of people agreed] The tour group must have more than one signing party to form a group. If the number of people has not been reached, Party B may notify Party A to cancel the contract on the day before the agreed departure date.
After Party B cancels the contract, it shall be handled in one of the following ways:
1. Reimbursement of all the fees paid by Party A, Party B shall not be liable to Party A for breach of contract.
2. To enter into another travel contract, if the fee increases or decreases, it shall be returned by Party B or made by Party A.
If Party B fails to notify Party A at the agreed time, Party B shall compensate Party A in accordance with Article 9 of this contract.
The telephone or fax provided by Party A shall be used frequently or in a timely manner. Otherwise, Party B shall notify Party A in this Article and other terms without notice, and shall not be liable for the resulting compensation.
Article 8 [Party A withdraws from the group] Party A may notify Party B to terminate this contract before the start of the tourism activity, but shall bear the necessary expenses that Party B has already paid for the travel expenses, and pay liquidated damages according to the following criteria:
1. If notified before the 5th day before the start of the tour, the full travel expenses will be deducted 10% of the balance after the necessary expenses have been paid by Party B.
2. If notified from the 5th to the 3rd day before the start of the tour, pay the full travel expenses after deducting 20% of the balance of the necessary expenses already paid by Party B.
3. If the notice is received from the 3rd to the 1st day before the start of the tour, the full travel expenses will be deducted 30% of the balance after the necessary expenses have been paid by Party B.
4. If the notice is received 1 day before the start of the tour, the full travel expenses will be deducted 50% of the balance after the necessary expenses have been paid by Party B.
5. If the notice is not notified or not notified after the start date of the tour or after the start, the full travel expenses will be deducted 100% of the balance after the necessary expenses have been paid by Party B.
Article 9 [Revocation by Party B] Except as provided in Article 7 of this contract, if Party B’s tourism activities cannot be cancelled due to Party B’s reasons, Party B shall immediately notify Party A and pay liquidated damages according to the following criteria:
1. If you notify before the 5th day before the start of the tour, pay 10% of the total travel expenses.
2. Notice from the 5th to the 3rd day before the start of the tour, pay 20% of the total travel expenses.
3. Notice from the 3rd to the 1st day before the start of the tour, pay 30% of the total travel expenses.
4. Pay 1 day before the start of the tour and pay 50% of the total travel expenses.
5. If you notify the tour start date and later, pay 100% of the total travel expenses.
Article 10 [Contract Transfer] With the consent of Party B, Party A may transfer its rights and obligations on this Travel Contract to a third party who has participated in the conditions of this travel, but Party B shall notify Party B before the agreed departure date. If there is an increase in costs, Party A will bear the burden.
Article 11 [Party A's Obligations] Party A shall perform the following obligations:
1. The documents and related materials provided by Party A must be true and valid.
2. Party A shall ensure that its physical condition is suitable for traveling to the tour group and is obliged to inform Party B of its health status when signing this contract.
3. Party A shall properly keep the baggage items carried with you, and if it is not damaged or lost by Party B, it shall be responsible at its own risk.
4. Party A shall abide by the team discipline in the tourism activities and cooperate with the tour guide to complete the travel itinerary.
5. Party A shall respect the religious beliefs, national customs and customs of the destination.
Article 12 [Effort of Party B] Party B shall perform the following obligations:
1. Party B shall remind Party A to pay attention to the terms of exemption or restriction of its responsibilities, and explain the relevant provisions in accordance with the requirements of Party A.
2. Party B shall purchase insurance in accordance with the relevant regulations and, when accepting Party A's registration, prompt Party A to voluntarily purchase personal insurance during the travel period.
3. Party B shall properly keep Party A's documents for the procedures required for travel, and if it is lost or damaged, it shall immediately take the initiative to re-submit it and bear the replacement fee, thus causing Party A's direct loss. Party B shall Liability.
4. Party B shall provide tour guide services for Party A; Party B shall inform Party A of the specific contact measures and emergency measures for the travel destinations without full travel.
5. Party A shall provide necessary assistance and handling when Party A has personal injury or property damage accidents during the tour. If Party A causes personal injury or property damage due to Party B, Party B shall be liable for compensation.
6. Party B shall arrange Party A's shopping in accordance with the “Travel Schedule”, and may not force Party A to shop, and may not increase the number of purchases without authorization. If Party A finds that the purchased items are counterfeit and shoddy goods, Party B shall not bear any responsibility if the purchase is requested by Party A; if the purchase is arranged within the itinerary, Party B shall assist Party A to return or claim; if the purchase is for Party B, it shall be unauthorized. If increased, Party B shall compensate Party A for all losses.
7. If Party A suffers personal injury and property damage during public transportation, such as planes, ships, trains, coaches, MRT, ropeways, cable cars, etc. during the tour, Party B shall assist Party A in providing assistance. The operator of the listed service claims.
Article 13 [Change of Contract] After the agreement between Party A and Party B, the contents of this contract may be changed in writing. The increased travel expenses shall be borne by the party making the change, and Party B shall refund Party A the reduced travel expenses. If the loss is caused to the other party, the party making the change shall bear the loss.
Article 14 [Change of contract without authorization] If Party B arbitrarily changes the contract in violation of the agreement, Party A shall refund Party A's direct loss or undertake increased travel expenses, and pay a penalty of direct loss or double the amount of travel expenses.
If Party A arbitrarily changes the contract in violation of the agreement, it shall not request the refund of travel expenses. Therefore, the increased travel expenses will be borne by Party A. If it causes losses to Party B, it shall be liable for compensation.
Article 15 [Training of Travel Itinerary] Due to the reasons of Party B, if the itinerary is delayed after the start of the tour, Party B shall obtain the written consent of Party A to continue to perform this contract and pay a penalty of 5% of the travel expenses; Party A shall terminate the contract termination. For tourism, Party B shall arrange for Party A to return and refund the unfinished journey fee and pay a 5% penalty for the travel expenses.
Party A shall bear the room and board and other necessary expenses for delaying the travel expenses of Party A.
Article 16 [Abandonment of Mission] If Party B disposes Party A during the journey, Party B shall bear the accommodation and other necessary expenses incurred by Party A during the period of disposal, refund the unfinished travel expenses and pay the breach of contract for double the travel expenses.
Article 17 [Departure from the group] If Party A leaves the group without the consent of Party B during the journey, it shall be deemed that the contract shall be unilaterally terminated and Party B shall not be required to refund the travel expenses. If Party A causes losses to Party B, Party A shall be liable for compensation.
Article 18 [Force Majeure] If Party A and Party B are unable to perform the contract due to force majeure, part or all of them shall be exempted from liability, unless otherwise provided by law.
If Party B delays the performance of this contract and force majeure occurs, it shall not be exempted from liability.
Article 19 [Expanding Loss] After Party A and Party B breach the contract, the other party shall take appropriate measures to prevent the expansion of the loss; if no appropriate measures are taken to cause the loss to expand, no compensation shall be claimed for the expanded loss.
The reasonable expenses incurred by Party A and Party B for preventing the loss from expanding shall be borne by the defaulting party.
Article 20 [Entrusted Recruitment] When Party B entrusts other travel agencies to act as a tow, it shall not be excused from the failure to directly collect Party A’s expenses.
Article 21 [Others] Other matters in this contract

Article 22 [Dispute Resolution] If there is a dispute in the performance of this contract, the two parties shall resolve it through consultation. If the negotiation fails, Party A may file a complaint with the competent Tourism Quality Supervision and Administration Office, and both parties may sue in court.
Article 23 [Effect of Contract] This contract is made in two copies, each party holding one copy and having the same effect.
Article 24 [Contract Effective] This contract shall come into force on the date of signing, until the end of the trip, when Party A leaves the transportation arranged by Party B.
