Party A voluntarily purchases the outbound travel products sold by Party B. In order to protect the rights and performance of the two parties, and in accordance with the principle of equal consultation, the following agreements are reached on the relevant matters.

Article 1 Promotion and consultation

1. Party B guarantees that it has the qualification of a nationally recognized outbound tour group.

2. The contents of Party B's advertisements and other promotional materials are true.

3. Party A is a mainland citizen who is allowed to travel abroad as prescribed by Chinese laws and regulations.

4. Party A shall make a detailed understanding of the situation of outbound tourism products.

Article 2 Sales and Transactions

1. Party A indicates to Party B the travel demand and purchase intention.

2. Party B shall truthfully introduce and quote the schedule, standards, projects and visitors in the order.

3. The two sides reached a consensus on the items included in the cost of tourism products.

4. Party A determines the purchased travel products and pays the required fees.

5. Party B issues invoices, transaction orders and other files.

6. Party B shall explain to Party A and provide the written time, place and reminder in writing.

7. Party B shall introduce the leader to Party A and establish a relationship between the leader and Party A.

8. The parties agree on the way in which Party A or Party B's responsibilities are not fulfilled.

9. The "Guide to Visitors" provided by Party B will be regarded as part of this contract. Party A should also carefully read the contents of "Guide to Tourists" before signing the contract.

Article 3 Order of the transaction

2. Once the above orders are completed, both parties shall abide by the agreement and may not change them without authorization.

3. Party A shall obey Party B's unified arrangement requirements during the provision of tourism products, and Party B's tourism products shall meet the requirements of national standards and industry standards.

4. Party B's advertisements and publicity products will be regarded as part of this contract and will be binding on Party B.

Article 4

1. Party B shall be liable for compensation under the following circumstances:

1 Party B’s direct economic loss caused by Party B’s negligence or deliberate failure to meet the contractual provisions.

2 The provision of Party B's tourism products meets the requirements of national or industry standards.

3 If Party B acts as agent for Party A, it will lose or damage Party A’s documents.

4 Party B suffered losses due to Party B’s illegal operation.

2. Party A shall be responsible or liable for compensation in the following circumstances.

1 If Party A breaches the contract and loses its own expenses, and causes losses to Party B, it shall be liable for compensation.

2 Party A shall be responsible for the consequences of Party A’s violation of laws and regulations of China or the country of destination.

3 Due to the error of Party A's contact channel to Party B, Party B's relevant tourist information was not timely transmitted to Party A.

4 If you exceed the contents of the order as stipulated in this contract and cause personal losses, you will be responsible for the loss.

3. Do not assume responsibility for breach of contract.

1Because of force majeure, both Party A and Party B cannot perform their duties. When they have made a trip, they should provide evidence of non-compliance. When they are in the business, they should notify the other party in time.

2 The non-A and B responsibilities caused by the respective losses of both parties.

3 The parties to the contract have agreed on measures to deal with possible problems.

4 If Party B has taken the following measures before and after the occurrence of tourism quality problems, it shall reduce or exempt the responsibility.

A. Non-fault, intentional breach of contract.

B. Preventive measures have been taken against the breach of contract.

C. Party B took timely measures to deal with the aftermath.

D. Quality problems caused by Party A's own fault.

Article 5 Settlement of disputes

In the event of a dispute arising from the performance of this contract, the parties shall resolve the dispute and file a complaint and compensation request with the competent tourism quality supervision authority, A and B.

Can sue in court.

Article 6 This platform has two copies of the same type, and each party to the contract holds one copy and has the same effect.

Article 7 This contract shall take effect from the date of signing.
