Welcome to participate in outbound travel! In accordance with the provisions of our laws and regulations, you enjoy the following rights in tourism activities and should perform the following obligations.

First, your rights

1. You have the right to choose your own travel agency. China's outbound travel has a franchise system. Therefore, you have the right to ask the travel agency to show the travel license, and negotiate with the travel agency to sign a travel contract to stipulate the rights and obligations of both parties.

2. You have the right to know the true situation of the travel agency service. You have the right to ask the travel agency to provide you with the itinerary and travel instructions to the countries concerned, and provide travel service standards such as travel service prices, accommodation standards, food and beverage standards, traffic standards, and the name of the reception agency.

3. You have the right to protect your personal and financial property from damage. You have the right to ask the travel agency to provide travel services that meet the personal and financial security requirements, and require the travel agency to handle the outbound travel accident insurance that meets the travel administration regulations.

4. You have the right to request the travel agency to provide the agreed service. You have the right to ask the travel agency to arrange travel tours according to the contractual agreement and the itinerary, to assign a full-time team leader who holds the "Leader's License" to the tour group, arrange travel activities on behalf of Travel Du, and coordinate the handling of travel matters.

5. You have the right to self-purchase and fair trade. Overseas shopping is voluntary. Shopping must be cautious. You have the right to ask the travel agency to bring the group to the store designated by the tourism administration of the destination country; to have the right to refuse to plan shopping, refuse to shop at a non-designated store, and refuse the forced shopping requirement of the travel agency.

6. You have the right to choose your own project at your own expense. You have the right to refuse all kinds of self-funded items recommended by travel agencies, tour guides or tour guides, and have the right to refuse self-funded meals. Participation in self-funded projects is purely voluntary, and it may be that the receptionist and tour guides obtain profits through the organization of their own expenses and damage your interests.

7. You have the right to compensation in accordance with the law. In the process of outbound tourism activities, the travel agency arbitrarily changes, cancels, reduces or increases the tourism project without the consent of the tour group, forcibly purchases, participates in self-funded projects, and fails to perform the contractual obligations to cause damage to your legal rights and interests. You have the right to travel to the tourism administration. The management department complains or sues the people's court and obtains compensation according to law.

8. You have the right to respect for personal dignity and national customs. The dignity of the tourists is not impaired, and the national customs and habits should be respected. This is the stipulation of our laws. When you choose to leave the travel agency and outbound tourism activities, your personal dignity and national customs are undermined, you are entitled to legal assistance.

9. You have the right to supervise the travel agency services. You have the right to report; accuse the travel agency of infringement of the rights and interests of tourists, and has the right to criticize and advise on the protection of the rights and interests of tourists. You have the right to send the request form sent to you by the group to the provincial tourism department where the group is located, and if necessary, you can send it directly to the Tourism Quality Supervision and Administration Office of the National Tourism Administration.

Second, your obligations

1. You have the obligation to safeguard the security, honour and interests of the motherland. In outbound tourism, there must be no acts that endanger the security, honour and interests of the motherland.

2. You have the right to legally protect your rights and interests, and you must not violate the rights of others. When you exercise your rights, you must not harm the national, social, and collective interests and the legal rights of other tourists.

3. You must abide by the laws and regulations of the country. In outbound tourism, you must keep state secrets, abide by public order, abide by social ethics, obey the arrangements of tourism groups, and must not leave the group without permission.

4. You should abide by the contractual agreement and consciously perform the contractual obligations. The travel contract may not be changed or cancelled unilaterally without the consent of the travel agency. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

5. You should abide by the laws of the country of destination, respect local customs and customs, and must not have acts that damage the friendly relations between the two countries.

6. You should be self-respecting, self-respecting, self-love, safeguarding the dignity and image of the motherland and Chinese citizens, and must not be detrimental to the national character or personality, and must not be involved in unhealthy places.

7. You should strive to master the knowledge you need to travel. Understand the operating procedures of travel agencies and raise awareness of self-protection.

8. You need to save the relevant bills, certificates and materials in the travel itinerary, so that when your legal rights are violated, you can use it as a complaint certificate and claim.

9. The baggage items you carry should comply with national laws and regulations. With the currency out of the country, the foreign currency shall not exceed US$2,000 or other equivalent foreign currency, and the RMB shall not exceed 6,000 yuan. No entry or exit of prohibited items is allowed.
