In order to vigorously expand the rural financial market and promote the development of the rural economy, the following agreements were signed by the three parties:

1. Party A agrees to employ Party B as the agent of Baofeng County Rural Credit Cooperatives Agency, and entrust Party B to handle the savings deposits and receive overdue loans on behalf of Party A.

2. Party C voluntarily acts as the guarantor of Party B.

Third, Party A’s rights:

1. Have the right to guide and manage Party B according to the regulations of the State and County Associations;

2. It has the right to criticize, notify, fine, etc. the violation of the provisions of Party B, and order Party B to make corrections within a time limit;

3. Have the right to conduct regular and irregular inspections and supervisions on all business operations handled by Party B.

4. Party A’s obligations:

1. Perform necessary business training and business guidance to Party B;

2. Pay Party B's agent handling fee in full according to the regulations;

3. If Party B is dismissed if there is no illegal or irregular behavior, or Party B voluntarily requests to cancel the contract and agrees with Party A, return the risk deposit paid by Party B.

5. Party B's rights:

1. Have the right to legally and compliantly carry out the absorption deposit business within the scope authorized by Party A and receive overdue loan business on behalf of Party A;

2. The right to obtain the agency fee for the agency business in accordance with the standards set by the county association;

3. The right to enjoy the honors, rewards and benefits provided by the County Association;

4. Have the right to receive business training and business guidance from Party A and County Associated Press;

5. Have the right to introduce and recommend to Party A the eligible farmer's loans in their respective jurisdictions;

6. Have the right to make reasonable suggestions to Party A.

6. Obligations of Party B:

1. Pay a risk deposit of 1,000 yuan;

2. Obey the leadership, management, inspection, supervision and punishment of Party A and County Association;

3. Strictly implement various business operation procedures, and must not handle any business in violation of laws or regulations;

4. Party B shall be responsible for the full-time business entrusted by Party A, and shall not hand it over to others without approval;

5, may not run a business, engage in speculative investments in stocks, bonds, futures, etc., go out to do business, work;

6. Party B and neighboring relatives of Party B shall not entrust other financial institutions with the same or similar business as Party A;

7. Do not overdraw, defraud, misappropriate, or encroach on depositors' deposits or business turnover funds;

8. Don't take deposits, collect loans, do not account for them, don't arbitrarily issue loans for interest, and may not conduct off-balance-sheet operations;

9. Do not falsify and falsify the fee by falsely reporting the deposit or interest transfer, and using the interest rate of the loan;

10. Use the vouchers and account books provided by Party A in strict accordance with the regulations, and report to Party A in a timely and accurate manner;

11. There must be no acts that damage Party A’s economic interests and social reputation;

12. The business secrets of Party A known in the strict conservative work shall not be disclosed to any other person or allowed to be used by others;

13. Do not arbitrarily increase or disguise the deposit interest rate to engage in unfair competition;

14. It is not allowed to overcharge the loan interest and arbitrarily farmer or farmer;

15. It is not allowed to eat, take, card or want to introduce the image of Party A by introducing loans;

16. Actively accept the audit of the loan business of Party A or County Association;

17. Do a good job in safety precautions to ensure the safety of accounts;

18. After the contract is terminated, all the vouchers, statements and materials used in the previous business shall be transferred to Party A, and no reservations shall be made;

19. After the cancellation of this contract, Party B shall not declare or use any of the original related business and any acts that damage the image and interests of Party A in the name of Party B or the agent;

20. Comply with the regulations and business operation procedures of the agency management that have been formulated and formulated in the future by Party A and the County Association.

7. Party C's responsibilities and guarantee obligations:

1. Assist Party A to conduct regular education on Party B and supervise Party B's business conduct;

2. If Party B is found to have violated laws or regulations, it shall promptly report to Party A;

3. It is not allowed to collude with Party B alone or to damage Party A’s economic interests or social reputation;

4. Responsibility for joint and several guarantees for all economic losses caused by Party B's violation of laws and regulations during the employment period;

8. The scope of Party B's joint guarantee responsibility includes all economic losses, interest, damages caused by Party B to Party A, and Party A's investigation and collection fees and case agency fees for this expenditure.

9. The economic losses caused by Party C to Party B shall be jointly and severally liable.

X. The terms of this contract are independent of other terms of this contract, and their effectiveness is not affected by the validity of other provisions of this contract. Other terms are invalid and the guarantee clause is still valid.

11. The period of guarantee responsibility of Party C shall be terminated two years after the date on which Party B employs Party B and until Party B violates the law and the violation is discovered.

12. Party A has the right to unilaterally decide to dismiss Party B in the following circumstances;

1. The balance of memory payment within the specified time limit does not meet the requirements;

2. Being investigated for administrative responsibility and criminal responsibility for violation of laws and regulations;

3. Seriously violate the regulations of Party A and the County Association, causing economic losses or adverse effects to Party A;

5, was found to have gambling, jealousy and other bad behavior;

6. Due to business needs, the quota station will be rectified.

XIII. This Contract shall apply the provisions of the Guarantee Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations on guarantees.

The Interim Measures for the Administration of the Agency of Rural Credits in xx County and its amendments are regarded as an integral part of this contract.

XIV. Matters not covered in this contract shall be supplemented by the joint consensus of Party A, Party B and Party C. The supplementary agreement shall be deemed as an integral part of this contract.

15. The term of this contract is two years, from the date of the year to the day of the month. After Party A's review and approval, it can be renewed.

16. This contract shall be effective from the date of the signature of the official seal and the signature and seal of the legal representative, and the date of signature and seal of Party B and Party C.

17. If there is a dispute arising from this contract, the three parties shall conduct consultations on the principle of equality, mutual understanding and consensus. If the negotiation is not completed or is unwilling to negotiate, either party may file a lawsuit with the Baofeng County People's Court.

18. This contract is in six copies. Each party holds one copy and submits it to the competent department of Party A for the record, each of which has the same legal effect.
