In order to develop forestry production, cultivate and rationally use forest resources, accelerate the greening of barren hills, give play to the role of forest water storage and soil conservation, regulate climate, improve the environment, and promote the economic development of Lushan, according to the spirit of the development of barren hills at the higher level, the parties have fully negotiated The contract is for the mutual compliance.

First, Party B will send all of its own barren hills to the agricultural production and management of Party A. The land is from north to south, east and west, four to south, north to east, and west to west.

Second, the contract period is the year, from the date of the year to the year and month.

Third, the contracting cost is RMB per acre per year, totaling the yuan.

4. On the day of the signature of the contract, Party A shall prepay the annual contracted fee to Party B, and shall pay the contracted amount for the current year before December 31 of each year.

5. For the terms of this contract, Party B has convened a meeting of villagers' representatives on the day of the month and obtained a full vote of the villagers' representative meeting. Party B shall sign this contract with Party A in accordance with the resolution and in accordance with the authorization of the villager representative meeting.

6. During the development of the contracted barren hills, Party A shall give priority to the villagers of Party B under the same conditions, and the remuneration shall be borne by Party A.

7. Party A needs to set up a channel to collect water from the river because of planting trees. Party B shall not be involved in collecting any money, and Party B shall be responsible for the settlement of the dispute.

8. During the contracting of the barren hills in the barren hills, the trees originally planted between the planned trees and trees can be harvested at any time; the trees planted between the rows are re-harvested after the survival rate of the newly planted trees reaches 60% or more. Party A handles it by itself.

9. Party B's personnel shall not damage the trees within the contracted area of ​​Party A when picking up the Da Nangou and Xiaonangou beaches, and Party B shall be liable for compensation for the losses.

10. After Party A obtains the land contractual management right, it can only be used for agricultural purposes permitted by national laws, regulations and policies; within the scope permitted by laws, regulations and policies, Party A has all the right to use the original contracted barren mountain, Party B Do not interfere.

11. Party B agrees that Party A may, on the premise of not violating the mandatory provisions of national laws and administrative regulations, adopt subcontracting, transfer and lease to realize the transfer of land contractual management rights. The income obtained from the transfer of land contractual management rights shall be vested by Party A, and Party B shall not claim any rights.

12. During the period of validity of this contract, neither Party A nor Party B may change or terminate this contract without the written consent of the other party.

13. During the performance of this contract, the following situations shall not be changed. Party A and Party B shall still perform their respective obligations in accordance with the contents of this contract:

1. The person in charge or the manager of Party A or Party B changes;

2. The names of both parties are changed;

3. Party B is separated into two or more village committees, or Party B and other village committees are merged into one village committee.

XIV. Matters not covered in this contract shall be supplemented by friendly negotiation between Party A and Party B; the supplementary contract shall be regarded as an integral part of this contract.

15. If there is a dispute arising from this contract, it shall be settled by friendly negotiation between Party A and Party B. If the negotiation fails or is unwilling to negotiate, either party may file a lawsuit in the people's court of Party A's domicile.

16. This contract shall become effective on the date of signature by both parties.

17. This contract is made in two copies, one for each party.
