Dissolution agreement

Party A:

In order to avoid disputes and clarify their respective responsibilities, both parties have reached a consensus on the termination of the contract and reached the following agreement:

1. Both Party A and Party B agreed to terminate the “Contract for the Employment of Agency of Rural Credit Cooperatives in xx County” signed on the date of the year.

2. Party A guarantees that all the vouchers, statements and related materials used in the previous business have been handed over to Party B at the time of handling the handover procedures, and no reservations have been made.

3. After the original contract is terminated, Party A shall not declare or use any of the original related business and any acts that damage the reputation and interests of Party B in the name or similar name of Party B's agent station or agent.

4. Party A shall be liable for damages for all losses caused to Party B by the following acts:

During the original employment period, the use of improper means such as collecting loans and unsuccessful deposits;

After the original agreement is dissolved, it shall declare or use the name of Party B’s agent station, agent or similar name to engage in acts that harm the interests of Party B;

Other acts that harm the interests of Party B during the original employment period or after the original agreement is lifted.

5. This contract shall become effective on the date of signature and seal of both parties; if the original handover procedure has been completed, it shall become effective as of the completion of the handover procedure.

Sixth, this contract is in one copy, each party holds a copy, and Baofeng County has a share of the company, each of which has the same legal effect.
