Principal agent contract template

Article 1 The authorized agent of the agent acts in the name of the agent within the following scope:

Article 2 The agent must conscientiously perform his duties and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the agent in accordance with the scope and content of the agent's authorization.

Article 3 The agent shall bear the legal responsibility of the civil act carried out by the agent beyond the agency right. If it is for the act of being acted upon by the agent, it will be deemed to be within the agent's permission after being criticized by the agent.

Article 4 If an agent fails to perform his duties or other illegal acts and causes damage to the agent, he shall compensate the actual loss of the agent.

Article 5 The agent shall pay the agency fee in accordance with the time limit.

Article 6 This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature by both parties. This Agreement shall be in one copy and each party shall hold one copy.
