On the principle of equality and voluntariness, Party A and Party B shall, in respect of Party B's invitation to Party B's designated artist [ID number] as the spokesperson for the brand image, reach the following agreement:

I. Confirmation of the work content of the image spokesperson

1. Party B agrees to be from the date of the year to the day of the month:

Filming advertisements or MTV films for Party A, the number of times of shooting, no more than one day.

Take a flat photo for Party A, the number of times taken, no more than one day. Not less than film. Not less than the photos, the photos are used for publicity in mainland China, and Party A shall not directly or indirectly make public sales.

Participate in the press conferences, order fairs, dealer conferences, and public promotion relations activities organized by Party A, each time, no more than one hour each time.

For Party A to sing a Party A product concept as the core advertising song, Party B has the right to sing in the contract period.

Party A will deliver the [ ] image data to Party B within one week prior to the filming so that Party B can understand the style and function of the endorsement product.

Second, the period of use:

The advertising period created under this contract is from the date of the year to the day of the month. After the expiration, Party A or any third party authorized to use it is not entitled to use the advertisements and related materials in this contract in any way. After the expiration, Party A can re-sign the agreement with Party B. Under the same conditions, Party A has the priority to sign the contract.

Third, the use of areas and methods

1. Area of ​​use: Mainland China, excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

2. How to use: Party A has the right to use the advertisement and related materials on the content in the form of version editing in all media within a certain time. All media include but are not limited to: television, video, radio, film, internet, billboard, poster, print, label, promotion, media, marketing, newspapers, magazines, indoor and outdoor light boxes, internal and external packaging, VCD, promotional items, Souvenirs, store heads and public media.

Fourth, shooting conditions

1. TV commercial film shooting: Party B must guarantee three full-day shootings, and the continuous shooting time should not exceed one hour per day.

2, static photo shooting: Party B must ensure a full day of shooting, continuous shooting work time does not exceed hours per day.

3. All clothing and accessories are provided by Party A. Party A must organize all the photographers, directors, producers, and all relevant personnel, and provide style, artistic direction and positioning for commercials and photo shoots. Both parties have reached a common understanding of the commercial form and print form. In order to avoid the protest, Party A can use the unrecognized photo of Party B in any medium once Party B has obtained the photo of Party B. After obtaining the permission of Party B, appropriate substitutions and modifications can be made to the plates and printed forms.

4. During the shooting of advertisements and photos, the hair style and makeup will be provided by Party B privately, and Party A shall bear no more than 5,000 yuan of labor costs per time. Party B shall settle the settlement with Party A by ticket.

5. Party A shall provide round-trip airfare and accommodation for the staff members including Party B artists. Five-star hotel, deluxe suite, single room. Ticket, first class Zhang, economy class Zhang.

6, Party A guarantees that Party B will not make any violent or obscenity performances, pornographic scenes and bed games, and does not use the substitute. Party A will hand over the story content and the lens script to Party B at least 15 days before the filming date. All the circumstances and details of the work can be carried out with the prior consent of Party B.

7. If the filming work cannot be completed on time due to force majeure, Party A and Party B shall separately negotiate the specific shooting time. Party B shall continue to complete and Party A shall not be liable for compensation. The related expenses of Article 7 of this contract arising therefrom shall be borne by Party A.

V. Obligations of both parties

1. Party A shall provide Party B with the cost of clothing, transportation and transportation during the filming service, and shall be responsible for reasonable meals.
