Article 6 Party A's Responsibility
1. After receiving the manuscript, Party A shall notify Party B that it has received the manuscript within ____ days and review it within ____ months to inform Party B whether to adopt or revise it. Otherwise the manuscript is considered accepted.
2. If Party A has no requirements for modification of the manuscript, Party A shall sign a publishing contract with Party B within the prescribed review period.
3. If Party A proposes to modify the manuscript, Party B shall modify the return within ____ months. Party A should review it within one month.
4. If the manuscript is modified to meet the publishing requirements, Party A shall sign a publishing contract with Party B within the review period. If the modification still fails to meet the requirements, Party A shall notify Party B in writing to terminate the contract and return the manuscript to Party B, but shall pay Party B a draft fee of ____ yuan according to the draft, as compensation for Party B's labor.
5. After the signing of this contract, if the manuscript reaches the publishing level: due to Party A's reason, the publishing contract cannot be signed, and Party B should pay the basic manuscript ____% and return the manuscript to Party B. Due to the change of objective situation, the publishing contract cannot be signed. Party A shall pay Party B a basic manuscript ____%, and the manuscript shall be retained by Party A for ____ years. If a third party wishes to publish the manuscript within this time limit, Party B must first ask Party A whether to publish it. If Party A does not intend to publish, Party B has the right to terminate this contract and return the manuscript to a third party for publication. 6. After receiving the manuscript, Party A shall compensate Party B for the economic loss of ____ yuan if the manuscript is lost or lost.
Article 7 Party B’s Responsibility
