Both parties have reached the following agreement on the publication of the above works:
Article 1 Party A shall grant Party B the exclusive right to use the ________ text of the above works in the form of books in the ____ area during the validity period of the contract.
Article 2 Party A guarantees that it has the first right granted to Party B. If the exercise of the above rights violates the rights and interests of others, Party A shall bear full responsibility and compensate for the losses caused to Party B, and Party B may terminate the contract.
Article 3 The content, length, style, chart, appendix, etc. of the above works shall meet the following requirements:

Article 9 The methods and standards for Party B to pay compensation to Party A are:

Article 15 During the period of validity of the contract, if the book is out of stock, Party A has the right to request Party B to reprint and reprint. Article 20 The change, renewal and other unfinished matters of the contract shall be separately agreed by both parties.
