Book self-finance publishing contract

________________, hereinafter referred to as Party B.

Party A and Party B have entered into this contract by consensus and jointly abide by the implementation.

Article 1 Party A agrees to include Party B's "________" manuscript in Party A's _____ year self-financed publication plan.

Article 2 Party B shall deliver the complete manuscript to Party A by ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Article 3 Party A shall be responsible for the quality inspection of the manuscript. If the manuscript is found to contain content prohibited by Article 25 of the Regulations on Publishing, the manuscript shall be returned to Party B within ________ months of receipt of the manuscript. Published, this contract is invalid.

Article 4 Party A shall complete the editing, processing, review, final review, cover design and layout design within ________ months after receiving the manuscript, and shall undertake the proofreading, book pricing and quality inspection work in the future.

Article 5 Party B shall be responsible for all the costs of the publication of the book, and shall pay Party A the following amount according to the standard:

Article 6 Party B shall be responsible for printing, binding and guaranteeing the quality of the books. Article 8 Liability for breach of contract

1. If Party A fails to include Party B's manuscript in the publication plan in accordance with the provisions of this contract, Party A shall refund Party B's advance payment and pay Party B a penalty of ________ yuan.

2. Party A fails to complete the editing of the manuscript in accordance with the provisions of Article 4. Each period of one month extension shall be paid to Party B for a penalty of ________ yuan.

3. Party B fails to deliver the manuscript to Party A on time, and each period of one month extension shall pay Party A a penalty of ________ yuan.

4. Party B fails to deliver the advance payment to Party A on time, and each time one month is postponed, Party A shall pay Party ________ for liquidated damages.
