1. The responsibilities of the custodian
During the storage of goods, if the goods are not kept in accordance with the storage conditions and storage requirements stipulated in the contract, and the goods are lost, short, deteriorating, polluted or damaged, they shall be liable for compensation.
For dangerous goods and perishable items, etc. that are not operated and stored in accordance with the requirements of the State and the contract, causing damage, they shall be liable for compensation.
Due to the responsibilities of the custodian, when the warehouse is unable to be put into storage, the freight of the inventory shall be compensated according to the contract and the liquidated damages shall be paid __ yuan.
The goods transported by the custodian shall not be delivered on time, and the loss of the overdue delivery of the inventory shall be compensated; the wrong place of delivery shall be delivered to the specified place of delivery without compensation, and the compensation shall be The actual loss.

2. Responsibility of the inventory party
When the warehouse party cannot make a warehouse due to the responsibility of the stockholder, the stockholder shall pay a liquidated damage equivalent to the corresponding custodial fee __%. Dangerous goods that are flammable, explosive, leaky, toxic, and other special goods such as perishable and over-limit must be specified in the contract, and provide the necessary storage and transportation technical materials to the custodian, otherwise the damage caused by the goods and the damage of the warehouse will be caused. Or personal injury or death, the liability of the inventory party until criminal responsibility.
If the goods are nearing the expiration date or have abnormalities, they shall not be disposed of in time after the custodian's notice, and the losses shall be borne by the inventory party.
If the goods are not properly packed according to the standards and requirements stipulated by the state or the contract, and the goods are damaged or deteriorated, the inventory party shall be responsible.
The stock party has notified the delivery or the contract period has arrived. Due to the reason of the stockholder, the goods cannot be delivered out of the warehouse as scheduled, and the stock party shall pay the liquidation fee in addition to the contract, and shall pay the liquidated damages of ____ yuan.
